The 'duff duff' noise from the beach parties was relentless overnight. Believe the reviews! The resort is 15 min walk into main area and beach parties are a long distance from resort however the bay must act like an amplifier for the sound. Also to add to noise, a neighbouring hut had a party until 4 am with music and loud talking. I attempted to call '24 hour reception' at 2am a few times for assistance but there was no answer. The beach at other end of bay was nicer than the resort 'private beach'. Sadly it had some plastic bottles and pollution which was randomly cleaned up by staff.

Lush tropical gardens surrounding traditional looking huts. Bed was large and very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Beautiful pool with a swim up cocktail bar and plenty of sun lounges. Poolside food was delicious and not over priced. Lovely staff, in particular Jay who assisted with umbrellas and any questions. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and beautiful view.

Only downside was the music coming from the beach clubs. As mentioned plenty of times before, it is louder than expected but after a few cocktails and the use of the ear plugs provided we managed to get a good sleep

Loved our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean and well maintained. Facilities were great, pool and use of kayaks and paddle boards for free. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Location was great, right on beautiful private beach and short walk to shops and nightlife.

It really is a shame about the noise. We are young and read reviews and expected the noise to be more distant but it is quite loud! I’m saying that we did sleep through it no problem. It just takes away from the luxury experience

Rooms were quite small and there was only a plug on one side of the bed which was inconvenient for charging phones over night and loud music can be heard from the bars on the bay which went on late however, the hotel does warn you and provide ear plugs in the room. Thankfully we were able to sleep

The pool area including the bar was lovely and they provide kayaks free of charge to explore and it was a nice experience to stay in a hut.

Too much noise from parties.

Room is fine, breakfast is good. Pool and beach are great, with movies at night. That was a nice touch.

At night we could sleep at all. The music was so so loud that we slept at 3:00am and we had to catch the ferry in the morning. That was the only problem, so as a result would recommend it just for a night

The hotel is amazing, is like you live on a different planet, food was delicious, the massage very good and value for money. Would recommend it for a night beacuse of the lound music that doesn’t let you sleep and night.

It was quite loud during the night. We knew this beforehand, and they also provided earplugs, however, it was still quite loud.

Top much noise at night from the beach clubs across the the island. Also, you can hear everything that is happening on the outside of the cabanas. A shame, because the hotel and the service is so good!

We hadn't realised that our resort, idyllic by day, was to be really noisy at night. And I mean bone-shakingly loud, from all the party beats across the bay. This went on from around 7pm to 3am, making it very hard to sleep for us non party-goers. The restaurant in Coco Beach needs improvement. The breakfasts were pretty good, but the evening service was dreadful. The four of us dining together all got our meals on relay, one after the other, and the food wasn't particularly good. My meal, although being the first to be delivered, was not especially warm. Also, we felt a bit hurried at breakfast, being told on both mornings whilst still eating, that the restaurant would be closing imminently.

A beautiful-looking little resort, with its thatched bungalows set amongst palm trees and lush vegetation. Our room was clean and cosy, with efficient air conditioning, a small ensuite bathroom, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The pool with swim-up bar was great. The small strip of beach was lovely to swim from when the tide was in.

There is a nightclub a little ways away but the music they played was so very loud and it was until 02:00. I came there for the tranquility of it and to be honest that spoiled it a little bit.

A little bit far from the island The room isn't soundproof and the pool is salty water and most of the time was hot Bar and room service closed early

We booked beach view bungalow. There is a bar 300 m from the property that plays music every night at the highest possible volume till 2:30 am. The hotel provides you with ear plugs, but it is not enough to stop the noise especially if you are on the beach, and it is such a shame to put so much money for holiday when you are unable to sleep

The facilities are amazing, super clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. The room is exceptional. Everything is thought of up to the very last detail

Unfortunately, I was disturbed by excessive noise (music from the bar next door) until 3 and 4 in the morning, the noise significantly impacted my sleep quality and overall experience. I expected a peaceful and relaxing stay, but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Note that this place is located a bit of a walk from the city center. Like the rest of central Koh Phi Phi, you can hear the parties at night. earplugs are supplied (this is not the hotels fault being that you hear the partied from the whole central island.

We had a great time staying here!! Everything was great about our stay. the breakfast was really nice. the beach was clean, pool was refreshing... simply great!

The bungalows are quite small, particularly if travelling with large luggage. And the resort is a good distance away from the nightlife of the island.

Very unique accommodation as I stayed in one of the tropical twin bungalows. It was beautiful. The pool area was fantastic with incredible views of the coast.

A bit far from the center, it was extremely hot and we suffered the 15 minutes walk (do not under estimate if travelling like us end of April). Noises from the party area are very loud, but the property provides hear plugs in every room. The music stop at 02.00 when all the parties are over.

The facility is very nice! Good breakfast. Very good massages on the sea shore. Room is a bit small but full of vibes. Nice swimming pool with bar inside doing very good cocktails and smoothies.

The location is great however at night you can hear music coming in from the other side of the bay. To be fair it didn’t bother me at all.

Lovely bamboo villas and fab pool. The hotel is situated by the beach however the tides come in and out so not great for swimming. Great location
