Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

It is so old, run down that it has its own charm. It has a pool. Rooms are relatively big. If you don't have your own transport can be complicated, as the closest food shop is around 600m.

Ww stayed 3 weeks in an upgraded room which was fine on the ground floor as we had our 2 Maltese dogs with us. The food in the restaurant was of genuine 5 Star Quality. Every dish on the menu was absolutely delicious 😋. The staff are very pet friendly and we had free parking . Go here even if it is just for the fabulous food and lovely helpful staff.

ThailandThe Wi Fi was slow and as there is also no phone signal you are isolated. Rooms are dirty so bring cleaning equipment with you. There is 1 maid for the whole resort so daily clean never happens. Uou can empty your own rubbish though in the bin provided. Restaurant is OK but a little expensive compared to local restaurants. As it’s isolated you definitely need your own transport. Air con was efficient and pool was nice although a little murky.
The room size was good. Pool Bungalow could sleep 2 adults and 2 kids on sofa bed. Shower Ok.

RussiaWe stayed at Cocco Resort for over a week. This place is sort of a cheap motel off the highway. That was the worst experience ever! Staff does not speak a word of English, it was very difficult to check in, we had to wait for a guy at reception to call supervisor so that he can charge us for the stay. No elevators, had to carry heavy bags to the 3rd floor. NO SERVICE ☹️ during the whole stay. Staff DOES NOT clean rooms. Towels and bed sheets were not changed. AC is NOT WORKING, it is slightly blowing as fan. Balcony doors don’t fully close, so it is extremely hot in the room. P.S. The staff is not even aware that you staying at their hotel, we came back from a trip to island and staff didn’t recognize us, asked what room are we going to 😂 Seriously?
The only good thing is that location is quiet. Walking distance to Jomtien Beach.

ThailandBreakfast was served too late. we asked the hotel to serve us breakfast at 8.00 o’clock but chef was arrived at 8.30 o’clock. The air-con needed to be setting down to 19 degrees then it feels comfortable.
The room was nice, big and allowed the dogs.
