A little more shade is needed at the pool

The lady who runs the reception, Yum, is so helpful friendly and went out of her way to assist us. The pool is lovely and the two staff members for clean the rooms and facilities were so pleasant and efficient

By the pool, there were 20 white plastic lounge chairs. However, there were only 6 umbrella cement bases with 3 functioning umbrellas and 3 damaged ones. The chairs had no padding available unfortunately. We mentioned all this at the reception desk and four days later, they added 3 new umbrellas. We were told not to expect any pads for the lounge chairs. Too bad as it would make it so much more comfortable. One thing they really need to do is drill a hole through the umbrella post and the post of the heavy base so that a metal pin could be inserted to avoid the umbrellas taking off vertically in windy situations as several did during our stay becoming dangerous projectiles. No one was hurt, but 3 of them landed in the water channel behind the hotel wall and had to be carefully retrieved by the very accommodating pool boy. A little more effort around the pool area would make my rating go from 8 to 10 !!!

Nice room, comfy bed. Great pool. Well located on the Main Street next to lots of restaurants and stores. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach .Smiling and attentive staff.

Lovely hotel tucked off the main road, a quick walk from the beach and shops. The property is simple and beautiful. It may not be the best choice if you're a light sleeper. The lady at the desk was the sweetest woman, she always brought a smile to my face.

When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and we had to stay somewhere else for first night. While they handled this. It felt unprofessional to not have been told earlier and been given the option to go to the other place or cancel. It would have been nice to have been given a message prior about this so we weren’t disappointed on-top of being tired from travelling to the location. I think telling people in advance would help prevent frustration.

Close enough to busy areas but far enough away to be laid back. Pool was nice with plenty of space. Rooms were clean.

Spacious enough room, big balcony with nice view over pool and mountains. Nice and accommodating staff. Close to the beach, just had to cross the big road but only 5-7 min walk. Met my expectations for the place. Nice with kettle and fridge in the room.

The 7 Eleven is too handy! :-)

Pool was handy and clean. Never very busy so always got a bed if I wanted one. Free water, wifi and an 8 minute walk to the beach …what’s not to like!

Pool sunbeds just plastic with no covers / padding. Property next door has roosters so as soon as the sun is up 0530am they make lots of noise…. Not the hotels fault but it needs to be a consideration.

Wi-Fi was very poor and frustrating to use. I kept getting thrown out of the internet connection and had to keep logging back in, it was useless. They did update their Wi-Fi provider during my stay and this seemed to work a bit better. Daily cleaning could be a bit hit and miss some days with not everything checked, although it was still good most days.

Staff weren't super helpful and there wasn't much around the location of the hotel, but a short walk to the beach gives you what you need. No restaurant or further facilities inside.

Amazing pool and lounge area with clean and modern hotel rooms which made a change from everywhere else we had stayed in Thailand. Very comfy bed and great aircon!

Our room was right at the front so any time we were on our balcony everyone was able to see us which was a little bit annoying but can be expected of every hotel. There is also no restaurant at this resort which was a bit of a surprise to me as I had seen photos of a buffet and reviews about it so do note that there isn’t anywhere to get food on site.

It’s the perfect resort if you’re only looking for a place to sleep. The staff are lovely and the rooms are cleaned daily unless you specify otherwise. Really cheap prices as well.

The evening receptionist was a rude man that wouldn’t help. The day receptionist was sweet but we were already bitter from the bad experiences with the evening guy. The elevator wasn’t functional most of our stay.

The rooms are big. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing. Location is good; 10 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the 7 eleven.
