Beautiful, luxurious private villas with lots of amenities in a beautiful part of Thailand. Great value.

Breakfast could have used more options. Over the course of two weeks, we started to feel that breakfast was getting old and lacking variety. It's not a big deal, but it could be improved.

We picked this specific hotel to stay near Lamai beach for a couple of weeks and we loved everything about this place. • The villa is spacious and very comfortable, with facilities in perfect condition; it felt new. We really enjoyed the comfort the villa provided. • The staff is super friendly. They helped us rent the exact bike we wanted, and the renting process was the easiest we ever had—no paperwork (since they had our details already), no deposit, and no upfront payments. We just picked the one we wanted, and it "spawned" in front of the hotel in about 20 minutes. We paid the entire two-week rent at the end of our stay. Arranging a transfer to the airport was also super easy. The only issue we had was the shower drain clogging and it was resolved in minutes. • Breakfast is good, but don't expect too much—just good enough to start the day. • The hotel pool is nice, but the water gets hot by the end of a sunny day. It was vacant most of the time, so we enjoyed it almost every evening. • There are a ton of places to eat around the area, and 7-Eleven is just around the corner, which was super handy. • An open-air gym is just a 5-minute walk away. • The beach is not far from the hotel and can be reached on foot, but I'd highly suggest renting a bike and exploring the coastline and other beaches along it. We loved our stay at CHUZ Villas; everything was perfect except for breakfast, which was good but lacked variety. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay around the Lamai Beach area.

Chuz villas was absolutelly amazing calm place. We really love it. We have 2 bedrooms villa and it was awesome. We have too much space, which we need with 2 kids. Breakfast was really good, location was good too. We highly recommend this place for your holiday.

Gated access with lovely security guard, wonderful staff too. Nice breakfast, staff try to accommodate dietary preferences where possible. Peaceful and beautiful, villa and pool kept spotlessly clean. Loved it.

We booked a family villa with two bedrooms. The villa was modern, stylish and very spacious. We had high expectations from all the good reviews and yet this place still managed to exceed these expectations by far. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Perfect place for families.

Location is 7 kms. away from Chawang beach or other beach area. Day time we can easily get local taxi, transport for less than a dollar. After sunset, transportation will be lots more. Anyway, it was the right choice for us. Quite and comfortable with the pool. Not a big deal for party so yes......we enjoyed our stays.

Breakfast options were a little limited and the “English” breakfast needed a little work and overcooked eggs however the fruit was lovely.

We loved the peaceful, luxurious feeling space of our private villa with pool. It was truly blissful and easy access to Lamai for the night markets and taxis etc. The staff could not have been more helpful if they tried.

Very little privacy in the villa when people were using the pool and neighbouring property can see in as well. We were in villa 100 but if you had one on the opposite side to us, you wouldn't have the neighbours looking into your villa. Blockout curtains provided privacy however made rooms very dark. Minor issue because overall we loved the property.

Very spacious villa. Choice of breakfast was excellent and staff were exceptional. 7Eleven is just down the road and close to many restaurants/bars.

CHUZ Villas is amazing. We were made welcome by the very attentive staff from the minute we stepped out of the taxi. The bungalow is exceptional quality and extremely clean. The pool area is of ample size and the gardens well kept. Breakfast was clean and well cooked. This is one of the top places we have stayed on a month long tour of Thailand. Fantastic place to stay.

We loved everything about our stay, the staff were amazing, the villa was beautiful, the complex was very well looked after and secure. We will definitely book here again. Location was great for us, few restaurants within 10 mins and main centre of Lamai 30 mins. The bed in the villa was so comfortable and lovely Pillows too.

Basically nothing. If visiting Koh Samui again, we will definitely book one of the Chuz villas.

Everything. The atmosphere in the Chuz Villas was great, staff was professional and friendly, villas were modern and well equipped. Breakfast was good too, quite a much food to eat. Everything was perfect (we have been travelling quite much in Thailand, so far this is top1 accommodation where we have been during travels).
