Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsThe mattress was a bit thin so the bed was a bit hard. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the toilet seat does get wet when showering... But these are very MINOR inconveniences!
The room was very big. It had a fridge and kettle and a few glasses/coffee mugs. The room is cleaned after every 5 days for those who stay longer than 5 days. The supermarket was only 2 mins away.

And I don’t know how to tell someone clean up the room cuz I’ve hang the sight on the door to clean up but no one comes to clean and yeah we don’t see any staff at all that’s interesting
The room is quite big and new and the decoration is so nice there are all stuff we need!

So clean! This was my second time here. They really think of everything you need from the mini fridge to the open closet. One of the owners even helped me because I accidentally locked the key in the room. He was there so quick to help and even dropped me off where I needed to go nearby. I’m so grateful!

Super clean. I am really picky with cleanliness and I felt immediately comfortable coming into the room! Even the bathroom was spotless. Also simple directions for check in was great.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that the room was so hot especially at night. Heat rises so on the second floor it gets hot, and the aircon did no justice.
Loved the rooms here. They literally had everything you needed it was a nice cozy spot. Tv wifi and the cleaning ladies seemed very thorough in trying to get the rooms to your liking.

EstoniaThis is the best hotel i stayed in Koh Samui. From the self check in until wonderful views and a good night sleep. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything i needed and even more for my stay. Besides clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, i was pleasantly surprised to have a charger, extension cord, water, and a kettle. Also the bed was super comfortable and i had a wonderful sleep. The room was very well isolated, i heard no noises throughout the night and i am a light sleeper.

SwitzerlandI booked for 7 days and left after 5. The room was never cleaned in that time. I informed the owner I would be leaving 2 days earlier, went out for a walk and breakfast came back at 12.15pm to find all my stuff taken of the hangers and placed on my case, he took my things from the bathroom emptied the fridge unplugged it and had the cleaner in. I had already paid for another two days. I found this very bad 👎 😕
