We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe arrived at around 10pm and at this time there was no where in the area that we were able to get food until the next morning.
Quite modern facilities, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. Excellent at booking the floating bungalow tours and helped with whatever transfer you needed to your next location.

United KingdomThe bunk beds were poor quality and there ants in the room but I guess that’s not surprising given it’s located in a National Park!
Chillax helped us to arrange the Nam Talu cave tour in Khao Sok so we stayed at Chillax the night before. They had great aircon, free water refills and coffee/tea! We noted that even though we had booked a dorm, as it wasn’t busy we got a dorm room to ourselves which was kind. They also arranged out onwards which was good!

United KingdomI booked a room with a Mountain View which is what I got. However I wasn’t expecting there also to be a guy hitting a bong and sleeping in a tent in the communal balcony right outside my private one. I had more of a view of that than the mountain. My room also did not have a fridge.
I booked to join my friends on their travels, however I’m not a fan of the idea of shared dorms. This place gave me the ability to stay in the same place as my friends who were happy to stay in dorms and offer others a private room. The room itself was very nice and spacious. The staff were very lovely.

United KingdomThey need more receptionists. Every time we went to talk to someone, we had to wait 20-30mins. Also, we stayed for 2 nights, the first night was really good. The second we got unlucky with our room under the lobby which wasn't quiet.
Very nice hostel. The rooms have aircon which was a big plus for us due to only having a fan for the past 3 weeks. Nice and clean toilets. Friendly staff.
