Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room, got new towels every days. Delicious en varied breakfasts, loved fresh fruits they provided. Swimming pool is also good and clean. We all had a very wonderful stay at Cher Mantra, thank to all staff.

IndiaPool was mostly dirty - but I guess it was because of the rain. While some of the staff are as they should be, few don't have the slightest wit to handle questions. Also, we did a early checkin and I understand there was no breakfast for us that day, so we wanted to buy ourselves some breakfast. However, the restaurant staff completely ignored us and denied everything. We had to wait till we got a scooty and went to the nearest restaurant. Location is a bit far from the main hub.

Sooo clean and comfortable!! staff very friendly, takes 6 mins to Ao Nang Beach. btw they provide shuttle car to Ao Nang Beach for free every 2 hrs and its quite convenient. everything was superb. breakfast also nice with different menu everyday. super love it!

It was quiet and away from the busyness Ao Nang itself while still being within a couple of kms of it. if There is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel every few hours to Ao Nang. You don’t not have to leave hotel if you don’t want to, can get snacks delivered through apps and the hotel room services has a large selection to choice from. I will definitely stay again if I return to Ao Nang.

United KingdomBreakfast okay but for vegetarians or vegans the options are limited. The pool was not always very clean. Upon leaving, we were asked to wait in reception whilst they checked our room for damage / theft. We were then accused of stealing two hand towels (which were not provided to us in the first place) and it took time for them to check this with their staff before we were allowed to check out. It was an uncomfortable end to an otherwise nice stay.
Great rooms, good WiFi (worked remotely and held calls and it worked perfectly). Good housekeeping services. Basic gym was good and staff mostly friendly.

FinlandAircon was very loud. There is not that much anything on decent walking distance (the room service covers that up).
Location is bit far away but due to that, very quiet and you get to relax. The free shuttle makes it easy to visit Ao Nang when needed. Villa itself was spacious and well maintained, pool included. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but plenty to choose from.

A perfect one night stay for us . We arrived late from Krabi airport and had a peaceful sleep and woke up with a lovely view from our pool villa . Room clean and tidy and staff helped with the bags ect . Used the shuttle service into town the next day to continue with our travels. Breakfast was ok not a huge choice but would stay again if traveling in from the airport as location quiet. Overall a decent stay .

The bathroom isn’t very private but more so if you are up during the night you will disturb your partner as the light is bright with the glass between room and shower. Shuttle service was far too busy for return journey home. The cockerel starts at 1am, then 3, then 5 and 6.
The swim up pool is exactly what is needed in the hot days.

United KingdomThe air conditioning was very loud - had to resort to using ear plugs. Transfer - maybe an earlier option in the morning - 9 am ? 11am is the earliest at the moment which doesn't get you to boat transfers in enough time. The 9.45 return one was sometimes crowded so maybe more frequent pick ups at night.
Shower and room otherwise was lovely - Netflix availability was a great option. Breakfast always had a good choice with each item replenished quickly. French Toast on one day was Lovely! Free transfers were great - always on time Pool access from the room was lovely.

IndiaThe services could have been better. Also, there was a rate card for anything that gets damaged which was the first time i saw in the room. An accidental breakage of a place/glass also attracted a fine from the hotel. Location is about 2 km away from Aonang beach and one cannot walk it. Need to have a vehicle or rely on the hotel shuttle every 2 hours in the PM.
The hotel was in a very picturesque location. The view from the rooms (specially in the mornings) was very pretty. The pool was a nice one too.

Nice swimming pool, especially with the pool bar! Was able to take many instagamable pictures! The staffs were also really friendly and nice especially Alfred!
