Not the best place to sleep in Pai, not so private. The pictures are not so accurate and showing only the villa.

They were so nice, we had a parking for the bike, Help us with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable

Everything was amazing from the beautiful quite place not far from the center but far enough you can get some quiet sleep, the place is lovely and super clean and the staff are so helpful and nice, helped us so many times during are stay and always with the biggest smile :) deffinetly will come agian if im in Pai, 😁✨✨

It was quite far out of town if you didn’t want to rent a bike, but if you had a bike it was only a few minutes drive. There’s not much lighting outside and there were a few stray dogs but they didn’t seem aggressive, we just recommend maybe taking a torch out with you.

The staff are very helpful, our hot water stopped working after a power cut and they got it sorted on the same day whilst we were out. It had plenty of parking for us to park our bike. There was a restaurant opposite if you don’t want to go into town and a 7- eleven a couple minutes up the road.

Super clean, nice bungalow. Staff was very friendly. Felt very welcomed. Only down is that it is not right in the center, but for me perfectly fine, because it’s very quiet and if you have a scooter you’re in the center in less than 5 min.

I honestly liked everything about this place! Owner lady was so sweet and always wanted to help me from the beginning till the moment I was leaving. Room was very clean and nice with a new AC. Also the bed! OMG one of the best beds I've ever had during my trip to Southeast Asia :) I was so sad this place was fully booked so I couldn't stay there longer. Otherwise I would have stayed several nights more to sleep in and rest. I would definitely come back here next time.

Lovely little bungalow room for 2, little walk into the centre of Pai, the woman who runs it was very helpful and dropped us off at the bus station when we left. Very clean and got water and toilet roll everyday.

The place was great! The owner is so sweet and her family owns the restaurant next door which is amazing! The place was clean and spacious. My partner and I came with big suitcases so we were unable to walk to the bus station and they gave us a ride to the bus station! It was so sweet. It's definitely walkbale to walking street, but definitely better to have a motorcycle.

The staff here are lovely, very accomodating and a pleasure to be around. Plenty of parking for scooters and some cars. Shops are at your front door. 7-11 is 3 minute walk, pharmacy is 1-2 minute walk. Room was exactly what we needed and incredibly affordable.

Not much privacy to our room - the entry steps were in front of our window. Also sound insulation wasn’t very good!
