Gaps in the doors so mosquitoes were a huge problem there was a lot in the room!

Big spacious room and nice bathroom. Clean and good air con. Good location about 20 minute walk to shops and market etc.

Nothing it was all perfect me and my friends each had a bungalow and it was perfect couldn't have asked for more.

I loved the cleanliness and the staff and the facilities they had it all down to a T, great area 10 minutes from the beach walking 5 on moped

First of all, the owner and his staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful ppl. My room (no.6 a Deluxe room) was actually an apartment with small kitchen and equipment for cooking. The room is spacious, furniture is new, wardrobe is huge, closet drawers too. I loved the bed. Didn’t have such a good sleep for ages. Everything is super clean and the room service is every 2 or 3 days. Gym is nice, but I would prefer to have there one more fan instead of the TV. Swimming pool is nice and clean with new towels daily. Location is great, everything you need is pretty close to the residence but you are not in noisy place.

Wonderful helpful staff. I left my backpack in a taxi once and they responded immediately to my message, phoned the taxi company and helped me get the backpack back. The place itself is in a great location within easy walking distance of Chaweng beach and amenities. Could've stayed here for a couple of weeks! Room was clean, quiet and cool and very large with lots of space. Absolutely loved staying here.

- Great apartment, spacious, nice big bed, TV, good AC. Bathroom great size, lovely pool and towels provided. Very close to local shops but nice and tucked away, parking for bikes. Gym was nice touch, only very few basic weight stuff, running machines and bikes.

Was expecting a mentioned daily housekeeping but that wasn’t the case. Location wasn’t as close to the beach as maps had said. Super lovely place though

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything that was listed, and it was extremely comfortable. Air con was working great. The pool facilities were great and was very relaxing. The staff were all really lovely too and we felt welcome. Free parking and lots of shops around, but the road noise was minimal when balcony doors were shut. There is also a library for anyone who wishes to read with a great collection of books. Overall a great place and would recommend to anyone.

Only minor issues, such as wardrobe and balcony doors difficult to open/close. A few mosquitoes. And slightly difficult to get our car out of the parking area and onto the narrow, busy soi.

Large balcony overlooking pool and garden. Kitchen facilities in the room, including a large fridge and gas stove so great for our 2 week stay. Friendly and helpful staff who responded quickly to a few requests we had.

The property is quite good and also very affordable. The property owner is super friendly and helpful - they offered me a late checkout and even gave me a ride to the bike rental when I was in a hurry during my checkout date!

There were A TON of mosquitoes in the room. There were large gaps in the door so there was no way to prevent this problem. The bathroom also smelled a bit funky but was otherwise clean.

Very nice place not far from Chaweng beach. Staff is very welcoming, cleaning happens every 2nd day. Pool is with salt water and also cleaned every day, nice place to spend some time. Towels provided by the hotel. Location is pretty good, although it might be a bit hideous view from the window (where not?), it's close to large shop, markets and some nice cafes.

- There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. I actually suspect it was somehow related to the ventilation system. - There was noise from the outside. The room faced the street. Nothing major but I definitely didn't feel it was quiet at night - A lot of stairs and access from the street is fairly uncomfortable

- For the low price you pay you also get a good pool and a gym(!) - The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony - The receptionist, I think his name was Roberto, was very nice and helpful, we really liked him.

Close proximity to restaurants but nicely away from the hub of late bars etc. Lovely quiet pool with beautifully laundered pool side towels.

we have just stayed there with my wife, location is good , you can walk everywhere easily. Room size is very big ,clean and comfortable. Mr. Roberto is very kind and helpful person ,he makes you feel at home🙏
