IsraelYou get only one key for each room. When we wanted to split up, it wasn't so comfortable, but it shouldn't prevent you from booking this resort.
Stuff was so kind and helpful. Reception was attentive for every request. The breakfast buffet was diversed, including Western and Thai food. There were two pools, one of them with a bar in the water, both of them were great. Our room was for 4 people and it had a big terrace and two toilets (and one shower and one bath in the same bathroom) which was very convenient. The room itself was very spacious and clean. If you're coming to chaweng, it's an excellent choice.

ItalyDuring the day it is possible to hear and see all the airplanes landing and departing, and even if is just for a few minutes for us was really annoying. This is not a resort’s fault, but bear in mind when choosing the area to stay in Koh Samui.
The whole resort was really nice, its really cosy even if it is big. It has a “private” section in the famous Chaweng beach and it is well equipped. The beach club close by started to play music from 3 pm everyday and we enjoyed it but it was not really relaxing. The room was a standard room with garden view and it was okay, essential but with all the comforts. The breakfast menu was great and we loved the fresh fruit in the morning!

A fantastic hotel complex in a super location right on the beach as well as being in the town centre. The Staff in this hotel were superb, from the restaurant staff at breakfast to the beach bar staff throughout the day and evening. Our room was serviced extensively each day and the hotel grounds were constantly maintained throughout our stay. Reception were also fantastic in giving us information on excursions and taxis, If ever in Koh Samui again I would genuinely be booking this hotel. Loved it

United KingdomThe floors in hotel and around report could get quite slippery so you needed to take care, spotless though.
Beach was beautiful and kept clean by hotel team who were very courteous. The team cleaning the rooms were very good. Location was very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Pool and beach bar kept very clean. Reception team very helpful and polite. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Water in room and every day. Mini bar cheap too.

SwitzerlandWe had 3 nights in bungalow room, the loud from the plane and Akbar did not bother us at all. The hotel’s location is so accessible, 1 minute to the beach and 5 minutes to the mall and other tourist attraction. The breakfast is so variable of options, and they make such a good tasty thai tea. The staffs are so so friendly, esp. the restaurant‘s bar at night. We‘ll be back again next year!

Fantastic location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.Located on a great section of the beach for swimming. Staff are very attentive and the Pink ladies provide an exceptional massage service. A special mention to Pui who provides Fantastic massages. Breakfast was great and the staff on the beach kept a close eye on all guests providing great service - thanks Tong !The resort is set in a beautiful tropical garden that provides an extra layer of relaxation.

IndiaThe main pool does get a little Crowded if you want to get some swimming exercise it can be a challenge. But then you always have the sea next to you. I felt some of the staff were not very hospitable during breakfast.
The location is great. All restaurants and night clubs in walking distance. The rooms also comfortable. The pool looked good.

The BEST hotel where we stayed. Is not perfect but is beautiful. They have the own Beach, restaurant on the Beach and fresh sea food. The hotel have the own Thai massaje near the pool. They serve You with a glass of tropical juice for welcoming. Chaweng is a very animated area. I am sure this hotel is a good choice on a budget.
