Location location location. Best location in chaweng, right on the beach, best bar best resturant best staff. Rooms are filled with everything you need and minibar prices are great if your tired, breakfast is nice, second time in samui and second time at this hotel, and i dont think i will change to a new one next time either.

It is a pretty large hotel, yet with Cosy atmosphere. Good breakfast, good smoothies, the pool was nice. Clean and fairly spacious rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Sometimes groups of people from other countries can be a bit noisy. Next door the Arkbar can get very loud with music playing into the early hours.

Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Staff are fantastic and always helpful, they become a feature of the trip. Excellent breakfast menu and the beach is the best. Only a few metres from the beach and the main street so very convenient.

Everything! The location was PERFECT. Even when the resort resides right in the center of the chaweng- the hotel remains quiet and peaceful. It was our second time in this hotel and definitely NOT the last. When I’m thinking about the good times in Thailand I can’t think about this hotel as the main experience.

Amazing place. So central to everything. The staff are friendly and attentive. Comfortable bed, massive selection for breakfast. The beach is right on your doorstep and 2 clean relaxing pools.

ok I’ve read many reviews CWG hardly mention the ARC Bar well I am it’s incredibly noisy music thumping goes until 6.00 AM. so ensure when you book a room you book as far away from the ARC bar as possible . Planes go right over the resort it didn’t worry me it could others

Location is great short walk and you’re in the middle of everything. The resort is gorgeous the gardens beautiful ,beach is beautiful the beach lounges are perfect for the day-to relax under a beautiful canopy of creeper to keep the hot sun away , staff look after you for drinks great food . breakfast was excellent . The pools are perfect 👌 over all no issues at all with the resort it self .

The mattress and pillows were hard, and I didn't feel comfortable.

The resort has a lovely style, and I enjoyed taking walks inside. The beach and pool are very good, especially the one with the bar. The staff is friendly and always there to offer support. It is the best location possible if you like to be in the middle of all actions. close to most of the restaurant,bars and known clubs.

The whole towel process for the pool doesn’t work. You should review how you are managing this.

You get only one key for each room. When we wanted to split up, it wasn't so comfortable, but it shouldn't prevent you from booking this resort.

Stuff was so kind and helpful. Reception was attentive for every request. The breakfast buffet was diversed, including Western and Thai food. There were two pools, one of them with a bar in the water, both of them were great. Our room was for 4 people and it had a big terrace and two toilets (and one shower and one bath in the same bathroom) which was very convenient. The room itself was very spacious and clean. If you're coming to chaweng, it's an excellent choice.
