Small room, small couch at end of bed in silly location, not comfortable, restaurant food wasn't nice

Water pressure is weak, but i guess it has nothing to do with the hotel.

The AC, when we entered the room, seemed to be lovely and cool, but during the night, the rooms seemed really warm. I don't know if it is where the AC was situated or is it because of the heat from the roof. We were on the second floor, and obviously, the sun was just beating on the roof all day.

The hotel was lovely and close to all areas on the island.

There was no hot water except for one day - fortunately not a big deal in the hot weather. The water in the bathroom tastes a bit salty but it is ok so far. What we didn`t like was a pretty big cockroach in our room and a gecko. Also the room looked a bit more fancy on a picture than in a reality and it didn`t have any chair inside nor outside (at the balcony). After all, these were just little issues.

Amazing personnel, good location, nice pool and great hotel restaurant. I especially want to say thanks to one the waiters Mr. Bus, who always welcomed us in the restaurant and tried his best to make our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. He even remembered my mom`s allergy and provided gluten-free options.

Nothing of significance to write about, we could have done with an extra pillow each, but as we were staying 2 nights managed.

Fantastic location, very close to all amenities and pier. Rooms were clean, plenty of loungers by the pool. Staff were friendly, and checked the rooms before we left. Luckily my son had left his iPad so this was returned to us. Would definitely stay here again.

The wooden base around the beds is so uncomfortable could almost guarantee everyone hits their shins on these at least once, the actual mattress itself was comfortable. Beach towels were not allowed to leave the property which was annoying as we hadn’t had to buy our own towels anywhere else in Thailand. Also strong sewerage smell from the toilets and sink but was easily fixed by closing bathroom door

Excellent location, so glad we stayed in this area, amazing soundproofing in the rooms couldn’t hear a thing despite the hotel being in town. Nice pool and cocktails, facilities were all well kept

My husband stubbed his big toe causing skin to come off and the staff immediately did a great job of first aid. We were very impressed how efficient the staff was helping us with his injury.

-breakfast was basic, some fruit, some warm dishes. Not very tasty. -we ate dinner at the restaurant from the hotel, i payed with 2 x 1000bath, 1 minute later the waitress came back with 1x 1000bath and 1x 100bath. She told me that I didn’t gave enough money… they try it everywhere. Be careful. -the jacuzzi was not comfortabel, and took 1hr to be half full. -the airco was very noisy, and didnt work very well, because the room was to big. Something very strange: 2 papers with prices for everything that was located inside the room, even a coffeespoon. If you break it you have to pay … this amount. This gave us an uncomfortable feeling.

The location was perfect, room was beautiful, staff was friendly. It was quiet, even when they were partying a little bit further.

Two single beds pushed together to form a double bed was a bit uncomfortable (beds easily came apart during the night) Could benefit from more shade at the pool

Perfect location, amazing staff, clean and tidy! Awesome buffet breakfast. Spacious and comfy rooms. Nice little fitness centre. Good pool. 2 minute walk to the Pier, while restaurants, massage parlours, shops etc are all a very short walk away.

There was insects in the breakfast vegetables, There was not much choice in the breakfast.

Location was good very close to the pier, an employee came to pick us up and take the bags from the pier. We took the deluxe villa and it was very big with a nice jacuzzi, nice view to the pool, staff was very nice, breakfast on the beach with a nice view, a small gym with dumbbells.
