Mattresses were a little hard and some of the rooftop pool umbrellas were broken.

The property is in a great location, close enough to Karon Beach, restaurants and nightlife and only a stones throw away from Patong. Staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. The rooftop pool is beautiful and happy hour at the bar is awesome value.

Very noisy. Staff not sure what they were doing most the time. Unclear. Bed very uncomfy and woke up with a bad back. Connecting doors in room so loud

1.It was 2 of us , and they give us two double beds, so you pretty much have to sleep in one bed if you want to sleep with your gf/bf. 2.no early check-in, no late check-out. 3.The roof pool is pretty small, no bar, for the view is better to go somewhere else. 4. First they put us in the room with very noisy AC so I couldn't sleep well, after complaining they changed rooms, but the room again wasn't the best of. 5. Pretty much no view , balcony was facing the wall, 6. still loud AC, 7.Very old AC control , so you are or hot or freezing. 8. Water in the pool was pretty cold, so I have to go to the beach. 9.The breakfast buffet was ok, but do not expect anything fancy.

Power went out for a little while without warning. Device in toilet leaked a bit. Shower door didn’t close all the way.

Friendliness of staff is greatly appreciated, rooms are beautiful and pools are amazing too.

I booked this room for my partner and her family. Breakfast staff were very good, polite and helpful, rooms were clean an tidy, pool was nice and clean. Overall they enjoyed their stay very much, especially the breakfast buffet. Great value for money and only negative was checking in and the receptionist attitude was a bit vindictive. Arrived 13:30 half hour early and room wasn't ready till 14:30 half hour past the check in time.

The bed was a little hard and the flushing system needs higher pressure but overall I love that they provide 2 bottles of water everyday!

Location was quite near to Karon beach but if you want to visit other places will be a bit far.. will need to take a grab/bolt. Staffs were reallly nice!! We were greeted with ice cream and ribena upon arrival for check in. The staff also assisted with a last minute request (arnd 10/11pm) to book the elephant sanctuary tour for the next afternoon! Very very grateful!!!! + Good deal with the 10% off for all the tours they have displayed at the front desk!!! :)) love that all the staffs greeted us whenever they saw us walking past!! 🥺

People on the front desk and all employers can’t communicate in English … which is a bit frustrating if you’re staying on a 4 stars hotel. You kind of expect a better communication, but the stay was good and we had a great time !

It's a bit out of the way from where I personally usually drink. The hotel could really benefit from having an on site gym facility, it's the only thing it's missing facility wise.
