the part of the beach that the resort is on isn't very good, lots of rubbish collects here and it's rarely cleaned. Only a 20 minute walk along the beach though get's you to the beautiful part of Chaweng beach.

this resort was lovely, the staff, the rooms and the facilities were all amazing. We had one of the lodges with sea views and it was percfect.

I stayed there for a day and they did not provide us with a toothbrush and toothpaste. When I asked for it, they said they don't have any. Breakfast was average. Rooms were basic.

The hotel is great. The pool area is really nice and the service from the pool bar is brilliant. Sunsets and sunrises along the beach are stunning. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The main area (Koh Samui- bars and restaurants) is a bit of a walk along the road (20 minutes) so we did end up taking a taxi a few times. But it’s shorter if you walk along the beach. We weren’t able to as the weather was a bit windy and the tide was always in. Breakfast was great lots of choice.

People working there treated us like family. He have a 2-year old girl and she felt sooo welcome. Thank you everyone. Its quite, the planes are not crossing directly above the resort like in Chaweng beach

Nothing bad to report if we are honest.

The whole resort was marvelous. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. It was my partner's 50th and they helped me arrange balloons a cake etc. absolutely brilliant. The location was ideal for us. All the guests were very respectful of each other and this is a family/adult resort. If you seek loud music late nights then this resort is not for you. However suited us perfectly. We would most definitely stay here again

Breakfast was boring. So we had room only for our extra few days. Not much choice of Western meals.

Great hotel, pool, location and staff are really nice. On site massage really relaxing and compared to most hotels, inexpensive. Off site restaurants to try, Prego, Tent, Ark Bar and The Wood.

loved the location on the beach , probably the nicest part of the beach for swimming . staff were amazing and helpful , all speaking English also . the restaurant was great for lunch , snacks and dinner. would be great to have ceiling fans so you didn’t need the Aircon on all the time . Aircon is excellent . there’s also a free shuttle bus going into town and back .

The view from the pool was stunning, the beach was lovely and the sea very inviting. There were 12 of us and we managed to get sun beds every day overlooking the sea and staff would set up a table to dine in the same area, it was a beautiful setting. We were there in April and the tide was low so it was a nice fifteen minute walk along the beach to get to the action of Chaweng. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very clean and well managed resort/hotel complex. Staff were quite helpful with enquiries. Breakfast and that view from the restaurant was spectacular. great pool with plenty of sunbeds.
