The air-conditioning didn't work properly. Upon check in the room was excessively hot and overwhelming for our child. The hotel would not allow us to keep the aircon on for a couple of hours while we went out so the room cooled down. Second night the aircon was on but the room did not cool down. Only by thr 3rd night we had a reasonable temperature. We did not get great support from the hotel and had to complain via booking.com several times. It felt like the hotel was objective in helping so without a comfortable temperature it eliminates how good a room can be. Based on this, we would not stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, rooms were fairly spacious. Bathroom was good, nice hot shower and a good size balcony. Pool was a good size, nice and quiet.

Clean with excellent staff willing to go out of their way to help. The facilities were excellent and given its rating it was way above expectations. Don’t expect 5 star but the rooms were modern very functional with a decent pool and gym. Will definitely come back

Rules obsession and extra charging for everything. The location is not perfect but it is not an issue.

The hotel and its facilities are good and new, nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, good restaurants. The location is a bit far from the village but it is a 15 minutes walk that can be done. There is a tiny gym. The staff are nice. Unfortunately they are obsessed with rules and extra charging for everything. If only they were more flexible they could please much more their customers (in the end you say no to any stupid charge they come up with).

Bed was so hard and was on metal mesh. When you moved the mental would pop under the mattress so I didn't sleep well. Also we were told if we booked a tour with them we'd get the lift back to the pier for free. When we went to book they said the time we wanted to go to the pier wasn't included and we had to pay. In the morning we then shared the hotel car with others from the hotwl. So we all paid a full price cab fair but shared...this left a bad taste in my mouth. Nearly all other hotels offer free shuttles to the pier.

The hotel is up a hill which was ok for us but may be hard for others. The twin rooms were mattresses on the floor which our adult children found uncomfortable. Our ceiling fan was very noisy as was the AC. But the twin rooms were no issues with that.

Close to all amenities, walk downhill and beach area and Main Street is flat. Resort was quiet, had pool to ourselves. Pool table was handy for our family of 6. Breakfast nice and good prices. Staff were nice. Place was clean. They have their own resort van to transport you to pier on departure at ok price for 6 of us.

The hotel was quite noisy because of the lack of sound isolation. You can hear neighbours talking and walking in and out of doors. You can also hear the road. The bed was very hard, just like most other hotels.

The room was clean and spacious. Loved the staff. Must try Kanyas kithen just 100m down the road. Good quality mask and snorkels and scooters for rent.

Our room was nice enough. The air con worked and it wasn’t too far from the centre. The pool was nice and there was space to sunbathe. We also had breakfast in the cafe which was tasty. We were also able to hire a moped from Reception when we arrived.

Everything is quiet basic. But it is what it is on the pictures.

The hotel is really nice. The pool, the views from the balcony. It is very clean. Ideally located far enough from the loud music from Sairee beach, but still close to the ocean.

The bed is extremely hard and with spring mattress which was very loud when turning on opposite side or making any movements. Would be nice if shower had curtain otherwise everything is wet.

The ”gym” was a corner with mostly broken equipment, that might be hazardous to use. Also unfortunely the loud music from neighbours can be heard inside the rooms at night.

The hotel was quiet, clean and beautiful. My room was on the ground floor and had lots of space and a small kitchen area. Pool was kept clean and room service was also great.
