AustraliaBreakfast was good but too many chicken dishes every day. Toiletries were minimal for a luxury hotel.
There was a free coffee machine in the lobby and an ice bucket in the room that you could also fill for free. The fridge was bigger than most and had a freezer. Direct access to Terminal 21 was handy.

ThailandI live in Thailand and prefer the bum gun and not the bidet which the hotel had in the toilet… not a big deal tho! The price isn’t the cheapest but I’ve found that hotel prices in korat seem to be a little bit more than for example bkk / pattaya etc for what you get.
Very nice hotel in centre of korat connected to terminal 21 mall. Always planned to stay here and glad we did this time. Hotel was amazing, it was my son’s birthday, the hotel gave him a birthday cake and flower HBD on the bed for arriving, very nice touch! The room it self was very big, we received a free upgrade to another room. Big king size bed which was massive. WiFi was amazing (450mbps), which all hotels should have nowadays, there is no excuse! Tv on wall was quite big. Sofa bed in the room too. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices, not your normal Thai buffet rubbish. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Rooms were clean and staff were amazing! 10/10 for me, my new go to hotel in korat.

A very nice, modern, clean place, with excellent staff always friendly. The place is spotless, boasts a small fitness centre and pool. We also tried the breakfast this time which did not disappoint. I love the Japanese toilets and the shower is excellent too. Plus, the fact it's built into Terminal 21 is excellent and so convenient.

ThailandAlthough the room is clean, the interior is not that attractive, and it makes the room look cheap. The wall can not keep quiet, I can hear the people talking, lound and clear, on the hallways as well as the TV noise from the next door. The lobby is small and does not have many areas for sitting. The pool and fitness location have to walk past the restaurant; it is a bit awkward to do a gym sessions in the morning when plenty of people have BF.
The location is superb, and the attached mall has many restaurants to try. The staff is informative and can deliver proper basic service. The room is clean.
