Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on food, but otherwise there’s nothing I didn’t like which says something because I am so fussy!
Modern and good location, a very short walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff spoke very good English and were really helpful at all times. There’s a free shuttle service to and from the beach which is such a nice touch and a way of going above and beyond for the guests. I used it and it was great. I got upgraded to a pool view room and the Mountain View in the background - stunning.

PolandBreakfast, i know there was a various type of food but everything was just ok, we stayed there 3 days so got 2 times breakfast which was almost the same, not much change - big minus i personally think it’s not worth to pay for it there knowing about food around you :) stuff made me confused, first day while check in i though they treated me not like someone deserved to stay here even i paid for it so means im able to stay :) but during the check out the lady was nice and let us leave luggage there for couples hours:)
Hotel & room was wonderful, the view as on the pool and mountains which is so cool and great. the swimming pool and gym opening hours was also great. localization was a big fatty plus

Australiathe bidet of the bathroom wasn't working that well but it didn't really bother us it still worked. There was a gap in the balcony where I could see what my neighbours are doing in the balcony and someone from the next balcony can just jump over to my balcony.
The service provided by the staff in the hotel was really good. felt comfortable in the room. when i entered the room the staff decorated the bed with "Happy anniversary". excellent air conditioning. and the hotel security is very good

AustriaA bit far from Ao Nang beach, a need to take taxi/ tuk tuk. There is a shuttle bus offered by hotel, however it must be booked in advance: we never managed to get a free spot. Also, very strict policy with pool towels (you need to sign upon request and on return), we were also told that the towels must be returned in one hour, which makes no sense.

JerseyA bit noise in the hallways (doors slamming and beeping from opening the doors). If you have a garden view (not really a garden by the way), you might be woken up by trucks and people shouting at 6am. Pool is quite small and not that many sun beds, does not look like the photos with the nice round sun beds (rusty flimsy sun beds instead). 20 minutes walk down to the beach, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be for you.
Nice room, some really nice restaurants nearby. 7 Eleven also really close. Free shuttle to beach, but doesn’t go that often and can only take about 10 people at the time, so sometimes it’s fully booked (yes, must also be booked in advance). Tuk tuk to beach is only about 100 baht anyways, so not really a big problem. Pool towels provided in the restaurant. Housekeeping very quick and efficient.
