Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Brunei DarussalamNote; our visit was during the rainy/ off season.... The facility was A1, but as one would expect during the off season the grounds where over grown and the staff at a lower level. What disappointed me was I missed breakfast by a minute, but could not even get a coffee, thought that to be a bit sad. Pouring rain, 10am No Coffee

We liked the location- being able to walk from the beach to the ally beside McDonalds was perfect. We stayed off season in a private garden villa with its own pool. The Villa was huge and comfortable. The gardens were well kept as were all the pools. It was an advantage being off season as there weren’t many guests

Easy to catch longtail boat to Railey Beach. Hotel stored our luggage until we were ready to leave. Also provided us with a shower and room to change. Close to market for shopping

JapanThe person who was making omelettes at breakfast discriminated and did not serve me. It was impossible to use credit card at the restaurant within the property. There are many ants we had to deal with inside room.
This resort is along with the beach. It has two big pools and serves nice breakfast. We liked the nature in the property also.

JapanNothing really, but we were charged 100 baht for a broken glass in the room which I guess other hotels wouldn’t charge the customer for.
Pretty much perfect for us (A couple with a 4-month old) Location is perfect, very clean hotel, room serviced daily, very reasonable room service, and on the beach! Decent mini-mart and restaurant next to the hotel too which we used for beers and take aways every day!
