Didn’t like that the pool bar opened at breakfast and closed at 3, my kids were often in the pool in the arvo/evening it would have been great if the bar was open

Some of the pictures do not represent the hotel as it is today. There is a rear door leading to Soi Diana. The security guard there (from the adjacent hotel Centra) was unpleasant when I went to use the access. Without this shortcut, you'd have to walk all the way around.

The staff were great, the location is perfect and the bed was very comfy.

The lights are really hard to work, had to ask the handy man to help turn off the lights at midnight. The electric went off during the night for an hour but they got it up and running again.

The beds are comfy and the room is clean and modern looking. There is a lot of parking for cars. The location is good, very central.

There were no comb or any hair brush. The air-conditioner in the room wasn’t chill as it should be.

Impressive service from the staffs. The breakfast line is delicious, yet quite limited variation.

Soundproofing is poor. Screaming kids at night? Internet was often slow and had to log in to often. AC was difficult to adjust. Lack of smart TV was a little annoying.

Pool is good. Position is very good. I walked a lot. I didn't need my own transport. Breakfast is adequate.

The hotel is getting tired, needs a refresh and maintenance to lift its condition. Has a musty smell in many of the floors and having a shower in the main bedroom is really no longer a novelty

The Hotel location, room size and facilities are all excellent. The dining experience including breakfast was also good. Wifi was excellent and you must be impressed withe the pool

Rooms are starting to look bit dated, had smell coming from either shower or toilet which is obviously drains. Stayed for 11 nights but most people was only staying for few days as probably too long in this hotel. Gym wasnt good but joined gym called Fitness 7 2 mins away from hotel so no big deal.

Lovely hotel, good location not too far from everything but quite. Rooms cleaned everyday, I would stay again!

Location of the property was great close to everything

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was exceptional. In my first room. I think the air-conditioner was dirty and it made me sick in bed sick for two days. Staff friendly. They swapped my rooms which was great thank you

Breakfast was average, mostly rice & vegetarians dishes for breakfast. Omelettes and eggs were good were made fresh by staff upon request. Strange smell in rooms though keeps coming on and off possibly from aircon or drains. Credit Card payment option limited depending on system being up or down.

Located very close to beach, money exchange, shopping centres and food.Rooms clean with most amenities available. Swim up pool bar was amazing with drinks and food available to order. Arranged airport pick up.

Location hotel room was nice and big pool looked lovely however I didn't use Room cleaning staff were very onest I left my safe open with all my money and passport there was nothing missing 🙏 thank you I had 150.000 bhat in cash in there every thing was there excellent staff 10/10

Every thing was good how ever the doors of the hotel very heavy when opening and closing needed lot of strength,also the first day I checked in there was a rat swimming across the pool so I never used the pool it was a shame the pool was very nice I wanted to use it. The breakfast was OK however they need to get more quality fruits in there and few more dishes the room cleaning guy was so good 10/10 my advise get these things sorted out which I have mentioned and this place will do more better business. 9/10 score for my family

One minor drawback no fresh coffee in restaurant and breakfast was more aimed to Asian customers.
