AustraliaMy room had an adjoining door which l could hear everything they were saying, so privacy not very good. Breakfast was fair not really suited to Westerners. Had a room with an outside pool, would be better if they converted those into spa pools.
Pool was good size, and the rooms were large along with the bed which was very comfortable.

United KingdomThe weather. Unfortunately for us, it rained pretty much the whole stay. However, we did decide to go in rainy season! The resort was still beautiful even in the rain. We will definitely return, but in high season.
Swim up room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff lovely, friendly and very helpful.

AustraliaIt was hard to get a sun lounge on the beach. We noticed a lot of people would put their towel, etc, on the beach lounges and then go to the pool lounges, tying up two lounges, and not come back to the beach lounges until hours later. Very unfair, and disrespectful to other guests.
Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach and in the middle of town. As a couple we appreciated that there was a fantastic kid friendly pool, which meant as a couple we could enjoy the other pool close to the beach that had very few small children.

CanadaWhen it rains, the hallways get wet and slippery but one just has to be careful. It is a minor detail. I wish they had Halal food in their menu. I can’t think of anything else I didn’t like about this hotel.
Before making this booking, I read the negative reviews and I was turned off. But at the end I decided to go for it. And I am glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews cause they were all wrong. The place is very nice. I loved how it is very close to the Main Street/restaurants and shops. You can walk or take a tuktuk. I loved that I had my own private swimming pool in my room that I picked. Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Maybe the negative reviews about the staff was just an exception but for sure not the norm. I loved the breakfast buffet. A lot of negative reviews were about the breakfast. I don’t know what more would people want from a breakfast. It had actually not only breakfast options but also full lunch options. And the plates were filled quickly. I was there in September. So maybe during high season when there are lots of people, it gets super busy and slower service. I am not sure. But for me breakfast was perfect. I loved the spa options and their cheap prices. I loved the slides in the swimming pool for the kids and the kid club that my son enjoyed. I made many in room dining orders and they were great too.

Loved the location! It has 2 pools, one has 2 slides the other one is closer to the beach. We love everything about it. They also have a kid’s center where your kid can stay there to play and do stuff. Our flight was at 5pm and we had to wait for 3 hrs in the hotel, it was painless because our kid was able to play at the center. The staff are very nice as well! Friendly and attentive. The room is also nice. It is big and we have a balcony with a beach view. We will book this again next time we are in Krabi :)

We loved the whole resort and the staff was very nice and helpful ! Very nice beach with a beautiful sunset. Extremely well located in Ao Nang. I fully recommend!!
