The only negative was that the bowl of vegetables on display at the egg station were going moldy it was a bit off putting. However, I feel sure the vegetables used were all fresh.

The Breakfast had many great choices and the food was very good. Breakfast was served over a four hour period from 6:30am to 10:30am so plenty of time to get there. The used plates were always cleared away quickly to give plenty of room to go back for more:) The staff were very welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a great size and the housekeeping excellent. We also loved the location of the hotel.

The beachside bar is expensive. The breakfast could be better. The hotel reminds me of apartment complex and I had my room in one far corner. Probably the priciest stay on my trip where I stayed in equally good/rated resorts across Thailand.

Spacious room. Exceptionally clean. Beachfront with beach beds. beachside pool, which is well maintained. There is also a bigger open air pool in the courtyard. Extremely friendly staff. The room is kept cold with air conditioning all day long even by housekeeping.

Towels not changed despite we did not put the sign. Pillows very soft. Warm lights for bathroom would be more suitable. Housekeeping staff left pungent feet smell after cleaning room. Pool side to have music and open till late.

Considering more people would like to visit we must have command over English spoken skills as it's difficult to comprehend and communicate there should be some more food options

Beautiful location, close to the restaurants. Very nice staff, bit of evening entertainment for those staying during the evening and next to an extremely nice restaurant. The relaxing area around the pool is limited so the towelguys ensure that sunbeds are not reserved for hours without anyone turning up. This should be everywhere like this.

We loved the location of the hotel, very close to all the shops and evening life. The room we stayed in had a sea view with a king bed, the room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful! The hotel itself is modern and clean and we thought this hotel was excellent value for money. The pool at the sea front is nice, possibly needs a little repair as some of the pool tiles looked a bit tired but for the value for money we wouldn’t complain. We only had bed and breakfast as we went out every evening for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and the food was good. The staff very friendly and helpful, always smiled and said hello. And a lovely touch that it was my partners birthday and they decorated the bed and provided a cake and bowl of fruit, it was really lovely! Overall we liked this hotel, and would stay again if we returned to Ao Nang.

Breakfast menu was average. Staff were polite but didnt show a lot of attention towards the guests. Paper thin walls and can hear everything your neighbours are up to.

Fantastic location, a short walk to the main streets with shops and restaurants. Great pools and facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet and the rooms were large. It’s worth going for the ocean view room as you also get to see the live music and fire shows.

Pool chairs always occupied and the towels need to be better picked up and cleaned by hotel staff. The breakfast quality could be better improved as well as a lot of contents lacked flavor. nonetheless, variety is great!

location is fantastic! close enough to walk to the main street but tucked away in the corner at the end of the street away from the noise and hustle and bustle. it is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to all stores and beach front cafes and restaurants. Hotel service is great as well and very clean and well maintained hotel. The hotel was super accommodating in offering us a great room with a private dip pool and view, as well as helping us in switching to an upgraded room! the hotel did offer us a fantastic room and we really enjoyed the spacious rooms and views overlooking the pool! the hotel exceeded our expectations
