Clean, comfortable, good location and plenty of choice for food and drinks. 7-11 and local shops nearby. Pool is great and kept clean. Room was spacious and cleaned daily with water, tea/coffee provided. Friendly staff and breakfast was very good. The lady’s at the front desk are fantastic!

Overall the hotel is very family welcomed, we stayed for one week, everything is super. Location; great location, covenient as lots restruants, travelling agency, 7-11 around, relatively quiet as its not on the main road. 5 mins Tutu to Ao Nang Beach and night market, 15 mins if you'd like to walk. Lundary store is just accross the street. Pool; mostly worth the price, we spent most of the time around the pool when we are not out for tour, kids super like it. Never Miss the Happy Hour! Breakfast; foods are good, fruits are fresh, bit limit choice, but enough for kids and my wife. Gym; small but extremely clean, usually no people except me :), but AC is always on. Service; all the hotel staffs are very nice, always get feedback although sometimes they dont understand cuz of language. Room; we booked a family suite on the 2nd floor, straight face to the pool, feels so good everytime seeing the blue on the balcony. Rooms are cleaned every day. One of doorman speaks English and Madrian, always very friendly to us, especially to the kids.

1km to all happening places like beaches and night market and I was expecting more local delicacies for the breakfast buffet.

The room was immaculate, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The hotel’s location was ideal—conveniently close to major attractions and dining options.

Nice and modern hotel. Good big rooms with a good balcony. Really good breakfast and a Starbucks inside the hotel was a bless! Nice pool but maybe a bit small for when is going to be crowded. We booked a tour with the hotel representatives and was well supported and organized.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier especially down at breakfast. They seemed like they didnt want to be there.Not friendly at all.

There is a large scale humidity problem in the rroms. When the AC is above 22-23, the room smells and the floor is wet. I changed room (the staff where very helpful) but the problem persisted in one of the rooms. If this was solved, this hotel would be a gem.

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Amazing hotel in Ao Nang beach. Everything was perfect: huge room as well as the bed, nice bathroom with bath and shower. We could see the swimming pool from our balcony... The pool is wonderful! You can drink cocktails in there! Even they have happy hour! People was very nice and kind! We loved it!

My stay was too short!

Hotel is beautiful, absolutely stunning, so well kept and maintained - spotlessly clean. Staff were so kind, so helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Location was great - lots within walking distance - shops and night market and restaurants just a five minute tuk tuk ride away. Pool is fabulous. Kids absolutely loved it. Lots of families so plenty of people to play with! Room was a great size - so bright and airy. Breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely Italy visit again.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Overall the property was very good. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was spacious with pool view. Good breakfast spread and swimming pool. We also received two Green Day vouchers that we availed for drinks by the pool.

There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom grate, and the only thing the hotel could do was light lemongrass scented candles, which did help ,but the hotel gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience also the power in Krabi was out for over 7 hours but not the hotels fault

The location was perfect, the pool was big with lots of space, plus fresh towels for the pool. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant 👏

I booked for a family room that includes 2 double bed but when we get our room, it looks like the bed looked like super single instead of proper double bed. Yes me and my family can still fit on those but my expectation is slightly more than that kind of size.. Plus the bed is Hard too, hurts my back...not so comfortable..

The on-site restaurant was disappointing as it was such a great stay otherwise. The chicken wrap had very little chicken and the portion size was very small for the price. Fries were nice

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Highlight was the pool as we came in rainy season and any rainy days were still amazing playing in the pool. Rooms were lovely. Would definitely come back

Very nice hotel ! Great facilities, the room super comfortable and classic. The breakfast is amazing, some things change every day, so it gives a little of variety. It is super close to everything! Good location. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
