AustraliaThe staff were exceptional. We were delivered wine and bruschetta upon arrival which was lovely after 14 hours of travelling. The staff went beyond the scope of training to ensure we had the best time. The receptionists were fantastic and I would not have had such a good time if it wasn't for them helping me and my silly panics. The staff by the pool were friendly and they loved a chat. Soy from the wellness centre was a beautiful human being and always stopped to see how my mama was doing. Daily drink top ups in the mini fridge were a nice extra. The breakfast was overwhelminly special. Even in 2 weeks I couldn't try everything they had. It was all very tasty. We don't eat seafood but if we did we would have eaten at the hotel all the time as the service was exceptional. We would not hesitate to come back to this fantastic hotel.

NetherlandsPrices for food and drinks are a bit high but that’s what you can expect on a resort like this.
Everything is clean, free daily refilled fridge and coffee, free use of paddle boards, nicest area of Samui (for couples and families) is within walking distance. Very relax atmosphere. Staff does everything with a smile. After a few days Koh Phangan we will happily return to Celes Samui, highly recommended!

IsraelThere is no beach area for swimming. There was a leak from the air conditioners and the staff insisted on moving the children to another floor and not giving a nearby room because it was upgraded. Room . The hotel is Close to the fishing village but the sidewalks around are broken with potholes on the way

SingaporeThe first night we went to the restaurant and had to wait 2 hours (!) before we finally got our food. There were only 5 tables but 3 of them walked away, frustrated and not having received their food. We stayed because it was late already. There was no apology, no free drink to make up, no discount, no nothing. It was terrible !!! There is a wonderful beach restaurant next to the pool called Pico Samui where you can eat great, good price, nice owner, nothing fancy but great food and fruit shakes. Would not reccommend to eat at the resort. I also got food poisoning from the pizza. I told them the next day but haven't heard anyting back. Frustrating.
Breakfast was simply perfect, really really good, those filled croissants are the best! The views from the beach and pool are stunning, just a dream ! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good gym too !

PolandLot of different options on breakfest but poor vegetarian/vegan offer. ACin room is situated in bed position, the cold air is blowing right on the beds. Glass roof in the bathroom make sauna inside.
