Do be careful because personel cannot speak english that well, too far away from patong beach, breakfast ends too early room service and cleaning is a bit on the bad side and if it rains your room might get small water leaks.

Great view, jacuzzi was perfect and good breakfast. Overall good place to rest and relieve stress. Personal was helpful and cheerful and they gave us some gift's.

The seafront view was great especially while you're having a bath. The gym is decent and overall I enjoyed the stay although chair pulling can be heard due to how it's built.

Stained Bed Sheets: Upon arrival, we found the bed sheets had stains, which required replacement by housekeeping. Worn Towels: The towels provided were worn out and had an unpleasent feeling to them, which is not what one would expect from a five-star establishment. Poor Wi-Fi Connection: The guest Wi-Fi, which required a login with room number, had a poor and unreliable internet connection, falling short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Exceptional Service: The staff provided excellent service, making our check-in experience pleasant. They were attentive and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us in booking a barber appointment. Stunning Ocean Views: The ocean view from both the hotel lobby and our room's balcony was breathtaking, enhancing our stay significantly. Prompt Recovery of Lost Item: After checking out, we realized we left a valuable item in the safe. Remarkably, the hotel staff contacted us within 30 minutes to inform us they had found it, and they arranged for it to be sent to our next hotel in Bangkok via express EMS. Rich Breakfast: The breakfast offered a variety of good-tasting dishes, though it wasn't as diverse or high-quality as what we experienced at other five-star hotels during our Thailand vacation.

The room gets really dark at night which can be hard to navigate when going to the bathroom, we had to keep the toilet light on so we could see. Automatic floor lighting would be a great feature or a specific switch at the bedside.

The view from our room was incredible, our balcony opened out to the ocean clifftop which could also be enjoyed from the jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast (although a little pricey) had lots of options including an available chef who could cook your eggs how you want. The rooftop bar is beautiful and good choice of tapas - highly recommend going at happy hour!

The service standard can be improved as we were required to go up personally to the roof top restaurant after dinner hours to request for a bucket of ice. The staff did not take the extra mile to deliver the ice to our room. The room’s sofa n cushions were smelly.

A beautiful location with lovely views of Kamala beach. The pool, roof top bar and breakfast were all wonderful. It was a short walk down to the beach where there were plenty of nice places to eat, shop, spas etc. This is a fabulous hotel and we would highly recommend staying here in Phuket!

Path between the lobby and room is not sheltered all the way. Quite a number of steps and uneven ground. Electrical sockets don’t work properly even with the hairdryer provided by the property. Wardrobe light stayed on even when closed. TV turns on automatically upon inserting the card key in the cardholder. Upon check-out, our luggage was just left at the entrance / taxi pick-up and drop-off point without supervision. Breakfast buffet was average.

The pool is relatively small, in the monsoon season when we came this is not a real problem, but be prepared for a full pool in the warm season.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. The place is at a distance from Kamala village, which has its cons and pros: requires walking or car to get to village (and beach), but it's not noisy like in the village. We have not heard any neighbours. Great view on the sunset if the clouds cooperate. Breakfast is very good.
