Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenAn excellent boutique hotel in Hua Hin with great attention to details. The grounds and pool area were well kept with enough sunchairs overlooking the ocean. The rooms were huge with lovely decor and a bathroom to die for. Every room has its own quite big pool with a perfect temperature. The staff was attentive and nice. Gym extraordinaire equipt.

Thailand1. The fruit for breakfast is not fresh, the variety is limited, and there is not much choice. 2. The room smells moldy when checking in, and the front desk told me that every room has a moldy smell. 3. When checking out, a pair of sports gloves left in the room will disappear.
The hotel concierge staff is very welcoming! The hotel is in a great location with a supermarket across the road.
