We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamThe room was a great size and very comfortable. The balcony off the room was a great place to sit and relax (which is refreshing in bangkok as so many balconies are standing room only) The hosts were very friendly and respectful. There was a breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch, and it is made, by the host, when you are ready. There were also 4 cats roaming the property who were mostly happy for some attention and who were occasionally a little vocal. Although the property is older, it is presented very nicely with some thoughtful touches. It is very boutique style. The cafe at the front also has great Thai food and cold beer for those days you don’t want to wander too far. If you see this property available, book it as there are only a few rooms. It is great value for its location, and also only a few minutes walk from BTS Chong Nonsi.

United KingdomCute little room in a very good location just a 7 min walk to the Silom line so made it easy to get around Bangkok. The room itself is fairly basic but had character! Shared bathroom was not an issue as we were the only people on the floor so felt like a private bathroom. Good breakfast every morning and the young man who works there was so lovely, even bought us some pancakes from a nearby stall as we did not have time for breakfast on the morning of our flight out of Bangkok!

Cafe ice resident was very easy to find with Google maps. It's literally 300m from Cong Nonsi BTS station. It's a very characterful building and they have built on this and made it even nicer. My room was very spacious and had a 4 poster bed. There are lots of eateries nearby. Would definitely stay again

United StatesAmazing stay. The place is very central, and easy to find. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Very safe neighborhood. The hotel and the room is super clean, and the A/C runs perfectly (essential for Bangkok in May!) The breakfast is great, and the attached cafe serves ice cold beer. I had a fantastic stay. The best of the best is the staff. Every morning, a kind gentleman makes my delicious breakfast, and makes sure I’m comfortable with TV and music. On my day of departure, my flight is early and I had to leave at 5AM. Much to my surprise, he was waiting for me with the breakfast! This is an unforgettable stay! Thank you!

Eakwit was an exceptional host—both helpful and trustworthy. Staying with him felt like a genuine Thai home experience. The location was outstanding, incredibly close to the BTS, making transportation a breeze. The availability of hot water was quite convenient, and both the WiFi and air conditioning functioned flawlessly. The addition of a balcony was a significant bonus. The American breakfast was delightful and satisfying. However, as a cat lover, the highlight was undoubtedly Kainuy, the remarkable Sphynx cat of Eakwit. Dressed in his charming Daisy Duck costume, he was gentle and friendly, happily allowing us to love him.

United KingdomThe only thing that would've been helpful is an information book, perhaps with a map, of nearby trnasport links and attractions. I would have loved to explore the area more.
I loved my stay at Cafe Ice Residences - the whole place had a wonderful feel to it, the family were really accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could've been. The Thai breakfast was super delicious. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

PhilippinesI was assigned to the very top floor, unfortunately, there is no elevator. The bathroom has some mosquito since the glass windows are broken. I would suggest to put some mosquito net.
The place was like visiting your grandma's house which will give you a homey vibe. The staff were so kind. And they served breakfast here with superb food and coffee. The place is clean as well and maintained. And the room is big enough with balcony. Although the bathroom is sharing, but thats okay.

Ideal location for pub's and restaurants and for sky walk and the train link. Loved the Parquet flooring on the stairs and the bedroom. The bedroom had a four poster which was comfortable and slept like a log under the duvet even with the air conditioning on . Bathroom towels were large and the best we had without doubt from the other hotels we stayed in during the month in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Many thanks to the manager for driving us to the airport and if we are ever in Bangkok again would not hesitate to use the hotel again

ThailandThe shower unit was in the bath and standing in the bath was awkward. The window shutters facing inward did not block sound so it was very noisy at night as the sound from the dining room area came straight up and into our room (I understand the other rooms do not have this problem).
The style of the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a perfect fit with our plans.

PolandThere is no bathroom doors. Sitting on the side of the bed, you can see part of the toilet, so don't expect privacy. We asked about it, and the hosts were confused as to why this was an issue. We used shower curtains to close the bathroom (you could detach it from the wall). In the room, 2 windows were looking out to the inhouse. While the two bottom windows were just wooden shutters (with small holes, so anyone could see inside, and not protecting you from the sound at all), the top ones were glass with partial covers. Unfortunately, while sitting on the side of the bed, people on the stairs could see you. Don't expect ANY privacy here.
It is a centrally located place, which was a bit hard to find at first (Grab points to a different location 50 meters away), but pictures of the entrance helped. The host and his family are very kind. This seems to be a large family home with few rooms rented out.
