Place suited our needs perfectly, quiet location, far enough from the Main Street, but not far from the restaurants, drugstore, groceries and cash machines. Not far from the sea and city centre. Motorbike rental on site. Pickup to and from the ferry port offered free of charge.

The male host seemed to think I was dissatisfied with my stay, but he actually misunderstood.

The landlady was warm and helpful and provided a lot of help when I was not well prepared for my trip. Room quality is very high，High cost performance.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hendrik and Waran were very welcoming and helpful, also organising a motorbike for us very last minute. It is such a lovely, clean set up in a great location. There’s a beautiful beach at the end of the road. The bungalows are spotless and they have thought about every little detail. The pool is a nice bonus too after a hot day!

Superp value for money. Spotless and modern accommodation. Goid wifi and super comfy bed. Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Hired quality bike through them Location on quieter side of the island but close to lipa noi beach. Would definitely stay here again. Best accommodation on our trip so fat.

Everything was fantastic. Kind owners, very fast and reliable wifi, big and comfortable bed, clean swimming pool with salt water, kitchen with good equipment for cooking. Reality is better than the photo on booking website. My wife recommends cooking class with Waran (owner).

Hendrik and Waran offer a private transfer from the airport, as I was not sure yet how to navigate through traffic on Ko Samui I chose this option. They also offered to wash my laundry and cook a custom dinner for me (as I am a vegetarian). The location is on the west side of the island with lots of local restaurants to try out. The beach is 15-20 minutes away by foot.

I liked everything.

The bungalows are very clean and comfortable. Everything is new and has been thought out really well. It is a very quiet location; a ten minute walk to Lipa Noi beach and plenty of local restaurants. Hendrik, the host is super friendly and helpful. The bungalow was also excellent value for money. It uncluded a small kitchen which is well equiped. The local area, Lipa Noi is quieter than other parts of Samui; it still has an authentic Thai atmosphere. I highly recommend BSK Bungalows. Thank you Hendrik.

The beach is a 15min walk away along a road with no pavement. It is doable, but it can be uncomfortable when tired and covered in sand! That being said, the beach is definitely one of the best on the island - very empty, clear water with white sand and you get to see the sunset, so the walk back and forth is definitely worth it.

We had an amazing stay ! One of the best we've had on our travels so far. Heinrik and Waran are such friendly people who accommodated our every need and made us feel comfortable and welcome on the island. They clearly love what they do and it shows in their passion for their work. This is a great place to stay because you have the autonomy of your own apartment but also the help from the amazing staff. We had every one of our needs met - we couldn't ask for more. It's also in a great location which is quiet and perfect for couples. The bungalow definitely made our stay on Koh Samui so much better.

It was about 20 min walk from the town. Still a nice walk and not busy of a road, we would have rented scooters if we had more time 😊

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The most comfortable mattress in Thailand so far! The owners were wonderful, very accommodating and recommended local restaurants and tours. Only there for two nights but a great way to finish our time in Koh Samui. There was a small kitchen which would be great for someone wanting to stay a longer.

Everything was amazing! The service, the friendly help, the room was clean, big and had everything you could need. The location was great! Definitely the better side of the island with the beautiful beach Lipa noi so close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we even extended it. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Koh Samui. 10/10!!

The rooms are huge, the kitchen is so handy, TV with Netflix etc made relaxing easy, around the corner from 7/11 as well as a few local restaurants. Like all places in Samui you’ll have to rent a bike to get around, but the location is a perfect if you want to relax. Hendrik and Waran were amazingly attentive hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d also mention that this place is a BARGAIN, so get it booked before they realise it’s too cheap 🤣🤣.

Our favourite property in Thailand so far!! Firstly, Hendrix & his wife were extremely welcoming, greeting us as we stepped off the bus and offering us bottles of water whilst we checked in. The properly itself is absolutely amazing, in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The bungalow was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a short or long stay. Hendrix was also full of great knowledge and is happy to recommend places to visit in the local area. We rented a bike on site for a good price and had fun exploring the island on our final day in Koh Samui. Before checking out, Hendrix offered to take us to the pier which we were very grateful for. We recommend this property to anyone looking for a homely stay and to those who want to explore!! Thank you so much for our stay, we will recommend you to friends also visiting Thailand. Unique. It was unique. It is unique. It will always be unique. I felt incredibly comfortable and was extremely impressed by the humanity and warmth of Hendrik and Waran. They give this place a special touch and have an extraordinarily good eye for the little things. And there is a lot to discover on Lipa Noi beach. The best coconuts to drink and eat are at the Bikini Bar. The atmosphere is awesome! The Retro Café is also pretty cool. And Nanus serves great pizza.

Note it's located in a quiet area. This is also an advantage, but if you're looking to get to a more busy area from here you'd either need to be know how to drive a bike or get a taxi.

This is a great place Hendrick was very friendly and was always available to help me with any issue or answer any question. Hendrick also booked for me a boat to the full moon party for a very good price (2 way, including a pick up from the hotel). The trip and the party were amazing. The bungalow looks new and is well furnished (including a computer chair)

Nothing , all was perfect

Such a beautiful place. We really didn’t know what to expect but here exceeded all expectations we could have had. Tranquil, comfortable and peaceful.. this property had it all. We would absolutely recommend and would definitely come stay again if back in Koh Samui. Note: it’s outside of the busy side of Koh Samui but for us this couldn’t have been more ideal. We went to the “busier” side of the island and preferred the area which BSK is Situated. Hopefully be back soon !

The best placed I stayed in, in all of Koh Samui! The room is very well equipped and has it's own bathroom and kitchen. I had everything I needed in the bungalow. To the extent that sometimes I would prepare my dinner in the kitchen, as it had everything I needed. Hendrik & Waran were extremely kind and helpful with a lot of good info, of what one can do in the area. The location I found also perfect, as it is hidden in a quite area, but also not far from the Koh Samui main road and Lipa Noi beach. I really felt at home at BSK bungalows. After discovering this place, I stayed there for the rest of my stay on Koh Samui.

The hospitality and cleaning

Quiet area, great facilities, and most of all the hospitality was exceptional. They helped us with anything we needed, let us borrow the scooter when we needed without charging for it. They helped us book day trip for cheaper then anywhere on the island. Everything was just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is even better than the pictures and everything is brand new. The owners are so lovely and kind. They were extremely friendly and meeting them has been a true highlight of our trip. We already can't wait to come back!
