For us there was nothing we didn't like, except they need a small table that you can eat lunch or dinner at in the room.

Location, convenience, comfort, the amazing sunset view! The villa was clean and they changed towels for us every 2 days and gave us 2 bottles of water daily. Nathon is a nice quiet but, yet has everything we needed. Things close early in Nathon but, it suited us as we're not out late clubbing. There is a nightly food market next to the pier that has nice tasty food for cheap. Staff were very friendly and there is a very friendly lovable dog named "Jon".

The only thing we didn’t realize is that without a scooter (which we didn’t have) it’s quite a secluded place. The walk into town took about 20 minutes and taxi’s are quite expensive on the island. We also thought there would be a beach, but the water was directly there and was a bit dirty so we didn’t swim

The whole cabin is decorated with so much care. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable. All the essentials were there too. And the view is spectacular!!!!! It’s the only cabin on the property so you have a lot of privacy.

The host family was super kind and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hosts house since we arrived early in the morning. They also helped us rent a scooter with delivery and pickup service. Coming from the airport we took one of the shared shuttle buses to Nathon Pier which was cheap and easy. Also leaving Koh Samui to Koh Tao or Koh Phangan is super convenient taking a ferry from Nathon Pier which is 10 min by foot. The beach directly in front of the bungalow is indeed not perfect since it has many small rocks. (Tho the sunset view is still great!) But as long as you have a scooter its not that big of a problem since its a small island. (eg nathon beach is really close, only 5 min by scooter) In terms of food there are loads of restaurants to the south in Nathon Town and also the Nathon Night Market for cheap local options. The closest 7-11 is literally just next door (2min walking) and there is a microwave + fridge & eating utensils in the room for simple meals. We really enjoyed our stay! Just like previous reviews mentioned it is cozy and private. The room was not humid at all even though it is directly on the beach, and we actually really enjoyed the sound of the waves into the night.

It was a perfect place to stay if you plan to catch a ferry early in the morning. We stayed one night for being close to the pier to catch the early ferry. The place was very peaceful and run by a lovely family with one dog. It felt more like sharing a home with them than being in a hotel which gave very nice feelings. The facilities are more than we expected. The room had everything we needed.

The beach in front of the house is not very clean we recommend swimming in other beaches nearby.

It was the best stay in Koh Samui! We are a couple and we found it very cosy, it is amazing to watch the sea from the bed❤️ The room is new with a modern design keeping the traditional vibe. The location is great as well because it is close to the pier where the ferries depart to the mainland. It is 30mins drive to the Koh Samui center but perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful villa right on the water and 10min walk from the ferry port. It is very private and comfortable. I recommend having a scooter to travel to swimmable beaches and around the island.

The house is really close to the sea at night, with the waves hitting the beach wall. This gives a nice atmosphere, but can be a bit wild. I can imagine it being way worse with stormy weather

Situated on the more calm side of the island. The compound with just a few houses is well maintained and has closeable gates. It feels very private. The 7/11 is only 3 minutes on foot and it takes around 15 minutes on foot to reach town, but you can easily store a bike or car on the compound. It has a beautiful sunset view some days, especially from the beach. The house is kept clean every day and the owner is friendly and easy to contact by phone.

I loved everything! It is located close to Nathon Pier it is about a 10 minute walk from the unit to the pier. if you walk past the pier you will encounter Nathon Town. There you can find many restaurants and other shops. 7-11 is a three minute walk from the house if you need anything. The house was very clean. it’s located steps away from the beach. There are two lounge chairs for you to enjoy the sunset. i absolutely loved waking up in the early morning and seeing the beach. it was calm, peaceful and perfect for having a cup of coffee.
