Nice modern hotel with good facilities. The rooftop pool is lovely. Room was spacious, with good sized bathroom. All staff friendly and communicated well. I travelled in rainy season and staff did everything they could to help protect from the elements, providing umbrellas and keeping floors dry! Location is excellent but it is a short walk from “the high street” so be prepared, 7/11 is not on your door step.

The hotel needs updating. Overall it looked dirty and outdated.

Nothing, it's an excellent hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous facilities which is in an excellent location about 5 min walk to the beach, a strip of restaurants, bars and long tail boat trips to the islands. There are three beautiful pools and has fantastic views from the roof-top bar/pool as the sun goes every evening.

Everything, room was big, comfy and quiet, location perfect, few minutes from the beach and main street, staff really nice and helpful, breakfast amazing with everyhting you need, and the pools, especially the top one, has an amazing view. I will definetly recommanded it and return.

I liked how welcoming the staff was and it was a lovely distance away to keep everything quiet at night time but close enough to keep things walking distance.

The pillows and quilt smelt very sweaty. Definitely needed some new ones or a good wash. They still smelt with clean bedding. The chairs in the room were noticeably dirty and could also do with a good clean.

All of the flooring was very slippery so need to be very careful when walking, especially on rainy days. Cleaning could have been better, a high build up of dust and small bits of litter under the bed and couch. Lots of dirty marks on the walls of the bathroom that when touched, easily wiped off.

It is at one end of the beach, so it a quiet place. If you want to have some party, maybe a nearer hotel would be nice.

Located near the beach and monkey trail. There is also a very nice restaurant just in the beach, 5 min walking. Swimming pool in ground floor, with bar inside is great and waiters were very nice. Both pools in rooftop are large and with plenty of space to sunbath. Offers during all day in all swimmings pools :) Room is very big and was very clean.

Can’t pay for breakfast or pool bar with credit card, only cash. It’s time you upgrade yourself. The bath wasn’t that clean and the stream was pretty low.

The rooftop pool has spectacular views! The swim up bar in the ground floor pool is a great novelty and the pool access room was great. Very close to the beach.

Our favorite place to stay in Thailand! Location was perfect, walking distance from everything you will need in Ao Nang (bars, restaurants, beach, etc) Had a fancy feel about the place but at a reasonable price. Pool area was stunning with both sea and mountain views (would highly recommend the cocktails). Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Also it was my girlfriends birthday and they (without us asking) very kindly gave her a lovely birthday card and cake. We were very touched by this. Will definitely return in the future!

Late at night, street dogs gathered near the hotel, it was not comfortable to go to the center, we used a tuk tuk. After the umbrellas, we had to go to the reception

Good buffet breakfast, every day there was a small change in the food offer. Great rooftop pool, only slightly disturbed by nearby renovations. In the restaurant downstairs of the hotel, very nice staff, very pleasant service. Prices are slightly above average. A beach bag is available in the room.
