The lack of aircon in the reception area and resturant makes it a little harder to spend any considerable amount of time there. Same goes for the gym aircon it was very hot to workout even when aircon was on due to it not being strong.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is great value for money and has everything you need. My room was bright, spacious and clean. Everything in working order. The staff were all friendly approachable and kind. The location is a 5minute walk to ao nang beach and on the same road as all bars resturants and shops. Perfect location.

AC was barely working, humidity level inside the room was a complete disaster, the smart safe was not working and the shower faucet looks unpleasant, full of rust. The staff were really nice and apologetic but can’t do anything about it so we asked for a transfer to their other branch “Bluesotel Smart”, newer.

That staff were very accommodating and friendly. They did a special surprise for our honeymoon.

The room was vey damp. The restaurant was very hot with no AC for breakfast.

Pool was great! The room was large and clean. Great central location. We enjoyed using the gym each day.

Lobby without air cond and some of the house keeping staff as I lost my nose ring during the stay

No full length mirror was so annoying in the room 2 plug worked in our room(2501) that’s wasn’t helpful Room wasn’t cleaned everyday I would stay here again though

Room was lovely, spacious and relatively clean. Staff were very friendly but since staying at other hotels in Thailand the staff didn’t go above and beyond to help you or interact with you. Room is in a great location and about a 5min walk to the beach Breakfast is okay but it’s free Loads of deckchairs and the bar cocktails are fabulous

Cleanning was not made for days - we had to ask them to do it. Also other rooms had the sign for clean my room even in the afternoon.

Every thing good

The hotel is lovely, beds very comfortable, food in restaurants very good, the staff very good, very helpful, there a lovely bar outside for night time, good live artists, the drinks a little bit more expensive but , atmosphere great , the pool is lovely bar food and drinks good, play area for children was good, and staff in this area very attentive to children
