Only 10 minutes to walk from the pier, staff was very friendly. Wonderful outdoor place with a lot of green.

The hospitality we received from Nairyana and her daughter Tangmo was second to none. Everything was catered for - and more. It was exceptionally hot during our stay and a fan was given to us on request (no quibble) And .yes the room also had good AC. Nirvana also offered us umbrellas when going out..The gardens are beautiful and the facilities in general exceptional. Beach bags and sarongs, general rest area with tea/coffee, very good breakfast. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The walk to Sairee beach is no more than a 10 mins - slow stroll. We loved it here. People make places and this couldn't be more true of these lovely people. This hotel represents excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend 👌

It was a little dark in the room and bathroom was a bit small

The location was excellent, close to many dive shops, restaurants, massage places and walking distance to the pier. The owner was very nice - they allowed me to leave my luggage until time of the ferry and there’s a bathroom and small cafe area to charge your phone and freshen up after check out.

It does take about 20 minutes to walk to the heart of Sairee Beach however this wasn't too much of a problem as the walk is really pleasant.

Lovely room with comfortable bed, smart TV, good aircon and good shower pressure. Also provided free sarongs and reusable tote bags in the room to take for days out plus free water bottles each day. Free breakfast was also great as was the free tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Easy to walk from the pier with all our bags too. Can book the snorkelling tour with them which was great and there are snorkels at the hotel if you want them! Very good value for money.

Just felt a little looked on in the bathroom, a curtain or black out window would be best.

Free breakfast and biscuits. Location is near the pier and close to bars/restaurants + beach. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and has a modern interior. Tv. Balcony with view of sea.

Nothing - all good!

Great location near Sairee beach (about 10-20 minute from the start to end of the beach). Staff were great - helping booking trips, ferries etc. Did tea/coffee & toast in the morning which was great as a light breakfast to start your day. Free biscuits all day at reception. Room had what you needed! Gave you 2 water bottles a day with the room clean.

The noise from the main road is very loud. Hotel gave us ear plugs. Our sliding door didn’t lock but since we were on the 3rd floor and it’s a safe area/ island we didn’t mind.

The housekeepers do a great job cleaning. Everything in the room was spotless. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach/ pier and a 1 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of the port. Lively area with lots of massage parlors, scuba shops, and eateries. Smart TV We got 2 water bottles delivered to our door daily Yummy biscuits always in lobby Snorkel gear and umbrellas free to use

Really nice hotel! The hotel is modern and full of greenery. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a fridge, good air conditioning and fan. A nice balcony overlooking the trees. Free breakfast is available every morning toast, tea and coffee :) We just kept to ourselves but there is a communal area with kitchen so nice for solo travellers. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. They were really kind and helped us with our visa extension and also booked our onward travel to Chiang Mai for us. The location is perfect, you don’t need to get a taxi from the ferry it’s just a 5 minute walk up the hill from the pier. Loads of really nice shops and restaurants close by and nice beach. Our stay was really easy, relaxed and comfortable I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing! We thought the location was brilliant being so close to the port, the walk with our big backpacks was much easier, but if you want to be staying in the hub of nightlife then it may not be the place for you.

Clean room, a few amenities were provided which was great. They had a smart TV that allowed you to login to Netflix which you don’t get often, although there is so much to do in Koh Tao you probably won’t need it. Loved that they provided a help yourself tea and toast every morning too. Great value for money. There are also lots of great food places nearby and it’s a 20 mins walk or short scoot to Sairee beach.

Apart from how busy the island was and the number of foreign tourists, there was nothing at all wrong with the hotel and the staff. Mosquitos were a bit of an issue, but the staff came round every evening to deal with any around the room.

The room was very comfortable, well equipped and in a decent location. We had an issue (food poisoning - not from the hotel) which meant we had to stay an extra 2 nights. After speaking to the staff to explain they rearranged some rooms to ensure we could stay in the same room for the extra nights. Overall very happy with the stay and would recommend.

Our room was next to the street and street noise is quite loud 24/7. There is earplugs for you, if you're used to sleep with those.

Location is good, near many good restaurants and shops. Not far from Sairee beach, about 10 min walk. There's also toast, fruits and coffee for everyone to enjoy every morning. Staff is really friendly.

Our room shared a wall with 4 or 5 AC units, so at night when everyone had their units running, the room was a bit loud and vibrated. Once we put earplugs in that the hotel provided, we were fine.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice common areas. Room was clean and comfortable, not super big but perfect for two. They provided us with a beach bag and sarongs for the beach which was a great bonus!
