I LOVED everything

AMAZING. Exceeded my expectations. I wanted a beautiful spot away from the party areas and bam I got that. Perfect place to end my month travelling around Thailand, so much so I decided to stay another night. The people are so friendly and kind. The room is AMAZING. Best place ive stayed in Thailand!!!

breakfast could have been available a bit longer than 10 am. But it seems to be standard in Thai hotels. Breakfast was really good 👍🏼

Nice pool, directly at the sea front! very clean facilities. Service is excellent, Staff is super friendly and helpful (in contrast to many other hotels in Krabi, according to my experience) The location Ao Nam Mao is very quiet in comparison to Ao Nang, however Ao Nang is only 15 min by car/taxi :)

Blue Orchid is such a beautiful place to stay.Very spacious and clean and well equipped.The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us so welcome.The location suited us perfectly with lovely Thai restaurants just ten minutes walk right on the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the day I had to leave. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and they were very accommodating. The location is good if you want to avoid a busy tourist area and its quiet in the evening so you can get a good sleep. The beach is beautiful for walking. There was a scooter rental shop next door and we rented 2 scooters for the time we were there which enabled us to explore the area by ourselves.

It was slighly out off the way but for us it was great as we wanted to relax! The taxis were so easy and cheap so it wasn't a problem! We walked about 10 minutes down the road to a seven 11

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! It was spotlessly clean. Loved the beach being on our doorstep and eat in a lovely dinner and breakfast at the hotel a few doors down! Would highly recommend this place to everyone

The pool only had 4 lounge chairs and the hotel was full. Definitely need another 4 chairs. It was far away from town so very nice and quiet. Staff got us a tuk tuk and it wasn’t expensive to get to town.

There is no beach nearby where you can lie down and relax. There were only four chairs in the swimming pool for all the guests. Transportaion to major cities was extremely expensive. Taxis will charge ridiculous amounts of money.

The hotel was in a quiet zone away from the madness in the city. Ideal for people who want to disconnect from the city noise. It was clean and comfy.

Nat the owner is a sweetheart and super friendly and helpful. Great location and view. Very close to Ao Nam Mao pier which is your gate way to all the islands. Quiet clean neighbourhood. Swimming pool is charming. Breakfast is very good and you eat with an amazing view.

Cons: not near Ao Nang, you have to get a taxi or rent a scooter. We had a problem in our room, water was dripping from barroom ceiling (probably a pipe was broken), it wasn’t possible to change the room the exact day. The problem was somehow fixed; we would have like some discount since we didn’t change the room (such as offering minibar consumption since we had to pay our room on arrival), but that didn’t happens unfortunately.

Pro: Great hotel with an amazing pool just in front of the sea, room with fantastic view and amazing breakfast. Location is next to Aonammao harbour where is possible to grab a long tail boat to Railey.

Probably the best place I have stayed in Thailand. The hotel has an amazing pool and is located right on a beach, within walking distance to the dock that will take you to Railey Beach. The staff were incredibly lovely, checking us in early as they could tell we were exhausted. Our bed was so comfy and the bathroom was perfect. It was such a beautiful hotel with incredible staff and they helped us find tours, boats and transport whenever we needed.

I arranged pick-up from the Krabi airport with the hotel and received several confirmation messages. However, when the time arrived no one ever came to the airport (waited for an hour) and I could not reach anyone at the hotel. I had to get a taxi and the driver kept trying to get me to pay more. It was honestly a little bit scary because he was pretending to be lost at times and it was late in the evening. I ended up just paying him what he was asking in order for him to not drop me off in a random location. It really just kind of ruined that first night experience. When I arrived at the hotel I informed the front desk about no one arriving she apologized and took pictures of the confirmation messages. Even though she apologized there was no offer to make the situation right. Not a free breakfast or a room upgrade or some sort of compensation.

The staff was helpful with booking activities and a scooter. Despite the location of the property being a little far from everything it was cheap and fun to ride a scooter around and make the 15min commute.
