Tom didn’t seem to get cool enough with the air conditioning on.

Location was quiet, far enough from the loud bars, but close enough to walk if wanted to go out.

Pool bar would have been nice but only a small resort so understandable that there wasn't capacity. Some of the areas looked a little tired and could do with updating.

Exceptional value for money, walking distance from the ferry. Great value breakfast, peaceful atmosphere even though very close to bars and night life. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Clean room and facilities.

Needed some maintenance. Holder for shower head broken, air con dripping profusely. 2 toilets but only 1 place to wash hands. Food not good. By the pier is chaos with scooters but as we couldn't scooter ourselves it was convenient. I. You want a desert island feel perhaps stay elsewhere on the island.

Close to the pier. Nice big house for our family. Nice pool area. Good access to the beach with some snorkelling possible. Friendly staff. Once in the 'resort'area it had a tucked away feel. 1st night was noisy due to a fishing comp or something at the pier but subsequent nights were peaceful. Thank goodness.

Bathroom needed an extractor fan. Lots of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived. One end of the restaurant sits over a drain so the smell can be quite strong.

Big family room with a nice balcony. Generally quiet. Friendly staff. Walking distance from the pier. Beautiful sunsets. Lovely pool.

My only recommendation is put a basin of fresh water on the step off the sandy beach to clean the sand off your feet..

The location is perfect…. Very quiet but a short walk to town area with lots of shops and cafes. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and an excellent latte machine. The restaurant is right on the beach with a wonderful view. The staff organized a private snorkel for (4) of us and the boat picked us up right on our beach.

Space to put clothes away. It would be ideal to have a cupboard and some hanging space.

Very friendly staff, and great outdoor space throughout the resort. Lovely pool and beautiful jungle-like surroundings. Rooms could maybe do with a little update but we loved it. Massive beds! Ideal for a family. Restaurant right on the beach. We would definitely go back.

The room wasn't cleaned very well , had to clean the windowcills. The walls needed re painting, shower sealant was moldy and shower door falling off. It Has real potential if it had some maintenance work done. Lots of mosquitoes although there isn't that much that can be done about that, Koh tao is really busy the more people the more mozzies.

Great location on a really nice stretch of the main pier beach. About 20 min walk into sairee beach area.gardens well kept.

Can’t think of anything wish we had stayed longer there as great prices compared with south of island where we stayed previous 5 nights x

Very close to lively bars but far enough back for peace and quiet Lovely pool On the beach Room was fantastic (we had a bay window family room at the front) Food lovely and also good prices Lovely staff all round Coffee machine 😃 Boiled eggs and soldiers for my 7 year old (only brits will know I think 🤔) 6 mins is dippy 🤗 We booked the Oxygen snorkelling trip and saw turtles 🐢 it was very well organised and we had a great day

WiFi was abysmal . Lots of bugs and greenery which provides more bugs.

Breakfast was okay. Bedsheets too thick for this temperatures and AC barely working.

Had a room directly connected to the Pool. Loved it. Stayed 2 Nights and enjoyed my stay. Close to the pier and walking street.

Air conditioner is a little bit loud at night and its flow is right to a bed.

Location super, a lot of local restaurants 10 minus to walk. Mae Haad Pier only 10 minute to walk also.

New room nice an clean bathroom lot of space. Dive shop in the resort. Quite calm at night and comfortable bed. I wonder about the few bad reviews I was reading. For us it was OK

Booked a family room of 6 but the toilets need to be revamped as toilet seat fell off while other toilet can’t flush well. Not all TVs are smart when we went to pool access rooms are much better but old TV. Sink tap could not closed right so water dripping but no noise.

Location near to pier and restaurants walking distance to book for any activities on island, no need for bikes. Rented bikes though to tour the island and we found this location is best with children. Other beaches have to go through steep hills even with bikes are inconvenience to travel and beaches are difficult to get to. Reception allowed us to change to pool access room, prices are reasonable. Beds are surprisingly comfortable and pool are cleaned every day. We were glad to be picked up from the pier with 3 young kids despite the short 8mins walk to hotel which we didn’t know at first. Like the pier view from the hotel reception. No fuss no deposit upon check in! Well kept place.

The mattress was a bit too firm. If you don’t have a motorcycle the location is not convenient…

The entrence to the resort is not well maintenanced so I was a bit worried when we got there, but all my worries were gone once we went into the resort. and the location - near the peer - which means we needed scooters to get to the center of the island (or 30 min walk).

We were 2 parents and 3 kids, It was off season so the place was almost empty which was great since we had the pool to ourselves. We stayed in the delux family bungalo and it was great, lots of space, clean, a nice porch. There is a resturant on the beach - We only ate brakefasts tere so I don't know how is the food.

The hotel is very basic but we felt very good in it. The bedroom was big and the bed was confortable. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant is by the sea so you can enjoy the views while having breakfast.
