United KingdomBreakfast was fine but not great in my opinion. Restaurant and bar very quiet with no atmosphere. We went to another hotel to eat and drink up the beach that was much nicer.
The access to the pool from the room was very good, and the location on the beach was lovely.

SpainThere were literally no people. The island is small and I didn’t expect to see many but the restaurant, bars and general facilities were like a ghost town. The restaurant at breakfast has what can be described as ok breakfast but other then that it is a huge unused and quite unappealing area. The bar is mainly closed all day due to lack of people as well as the shop were as neighbouring hotels had lovely cocktail bars and events. Overal luxury and gorgeous resort but with very weird vibe due to atmosphere and lack of people
Beautiful resort with amazing pool features. Rooms were clean and full equipped with beautiful balcony’s over looking the pool. In general the resort is really a paradise. Stunning beach front.

CanadaThe food was good at the resort however I would have liked more variety it seemed to have a focus on Chinese food over Thai food. The beach bar and pool bar were closed and I never saw the souvenir shop open. It's useless to ask for a non-smoking room when the neighbor beside you smokes outside on the patio. It would be good to have a section of non-smoking rooms and it would be great if smoking was not permitted in the restaurant at all.
The location was amazing! The beach was beautiful and clean and nearby was a main street with great restaurants and some small shops! There was a cool beach bar nearby but the best part of this stay was the pool access room! It was so hot while we were there that it was great to jump in the pool right from our private patio.

RomaniaVery good location in front of the beach (basically you have direct access to the beach from the resort). The friendliness of the employees, they helped us with transportation to and from the pier to the hotel, they helped us with the reservation (we arrived a day later). Quite diverse breakfast, combined Asian and European. Each room has access to the pool, and it is very clean and well maintained (maximum depth 1.24 m, so no danger even for children).The rooms are very large, the bed very comfortable and big (you get lost in it 😉), cleaning done daily. The beach is clean, the only "defect" being the lack of sunbeds. If you don't arrive early in the morning, you won't find a sunbed.

CanadaIt was a bit frustrating to have so many staff helping but still ran out of essentials like plates and cutlery and coffee and had to ask for resupply.
Private access to the pool was amazing. The beach was beautiful and quiet and sunsets were lovely. Restaurants nearby were very good. The breakfast food choices were typical for Thai hotels and plentiful. We loved it and added another night because it was so great.

AustriaAccommodation was really nice, very spacious and clean with direct access to a gigant pool. There are renovations going on right now but we never felt or heard any annoying construction work. The breakfast buffett is very diverse. The staff is just excellent! They were outstanding friendly, forthcoming and helpful - they made our stay special. Be aware: if you are looking for a luxury option, you better go to the resort on the other end of that beach. But if you want something for small/medium budget, this is a good place to stay.

HungaryThe breakfast is poor compared to other Thai hotels. Though they have a decent sortiment of breads and delicious fried rice, we were missing varieties. At least serve several types of jam!
Rooms around the pool is great, dont even understand why isnt it more common for hotels. Nice room, a bit dark bathroom, comfortable bed, right on the beach, close to restaurants and centre.

FinlandThe hotel is very big but you can see they are not running the whole business. I recommend the hotel manager to do a small restaurant and a bar close to the reseption. Then you can keep your hotel guest more at the hotel area and they dont go to the neighbour restaurant all the time. You have every possibility to fix it a little bit more interesting at that part.
Big clean with a Very friendly stuff. I want to recommend this hotel and Koh Yao Yai for you who are looking for a nice, peacefull and relaxing holiday. Everywhere you go on the island you will meet very friendly thaipeople and they culture. The livestyle is calm and relaxed.
