I couldn't access the Wi-Fi in the room until last evening. They do have several networks, labeling them according to service location would be helpful.

This was a great space to get some work done. The room size was great, the bed comfortable, and the space quiet (at least at the time I was there.) The pool was a great asset in getting exercise. And it's located near three-night markets.

Okay, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place but it has no personality. The staff are fine but don't exactly go out of their way to help you. Personally, I thought the A/C led light showing the room temp was way too bright at night but that's me because I like a room completely dark. If I did it all over again, I would opt for Ao Nang. I have traveled in Thailand for a month so far and this place was just okay. Again, nothing bad and I don't expect the staff to kiss my feet, but there just was no warmth here.

The good: Breakfast is good; self-serve with your standard eggs, toast, meats, fruits, etc. The hotel is very centrally located, literally seconds from the hotel to the night market. The room was quiet.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Our triple rooms wasn't the biggest, but very clean & modern. literally a stones throw a great food market and a minute from Krabi night market. Amazing well maintained pool for cooling off and 24h reception if needed.

The hotel has a laundry room which is good but don't forget to bring enough coins because the ladies at the reception will ask you to look for the coins yourself when their coins are finished.

Clean and spacious room. Our room has 1 king and a double decker bed. There is also a small living room which is enough for us. The location of this hotel is very strategic since it is near to a lot of restaurants / stalls and also Kong Ka Pier, which is about 700meter walking from the hotel. We bought the boat tickets to Koh Phi Phi from the travel agency office at at the pier.

Bath tub was nice but doesn't feel entirely private and the view is meh.

The rooms here are ok, it looks pretty new, the fantastic staff let us check in 2 hours early. The Breakfast buffet was ok, food was on the cold side at 7:30am, the bed was comfy, not to sure what the pillows are but they deflate like a balloon once you put your head on it.

Great location if you want to stay in Krabi town instead of Ao Nang. Racha seafood in the market opposite is a great find for dinner! The staff were very helpful in all my requests and it’s so easy to book tours / get around. Great to have a gym even if it is small

perfect location. just across from the night market and the pier is close by too. excelent staff and excelent breakfast . they have some free fruits the whole day complimentary which is nice to just pick up a banana and some juice or something after some walking.

Very minor service issues: mainly, had to get change for laundry from the 7-11 or market, rather than getting change at reception.

Breakfast could be improved. Not a huge variety and all very same same. Wifi was not the best as it kept cutting out for us.

The beds and pillows are the comfiest I have ever been on. I need to find out where they got the mattress and pillows, lol The laundry and price of it was a very hand anemity. Location was really good however (we visited in July) night life was rather quiet

pool is small, the gym is three running machines, and the taxi cost to the air port - 600 baht - is more than double using grab. just use grab, i got a taxi at 6am to the airport.

it's clean and cheap, the bed is firm. the rooms have a little sound leak (i could hear neighbour tv for a short while) but nothing egregious. it is well cleaned, and an effective place to stay at this price point.

It is far away from everything! We ended up getting a lot of taxis so even though the hotel was good value for money we spent a lot on transport. The pool was super exposed with no shade and nowhere to sit. The outdoor bathtub faced out on to a building site with workmen…not exactly the relaxing experience we had hoped for 😂
