The waterway which runs at the back of hotel is not a pleasant sight to dwell on when standing outside on the balcony.

The design and the aesthetic of the hotel is very appealing. The location is ideal since it is walking distance to Phuket Old Town. The room was clean with nice amenities and was comfortable. The hotel has a complimentary snack corner which is a plus and the staff were friendly. Mind and her colleague Tik were very helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Blu Monkey.

There's almost no soundproofing. My husband and I woke up every 5 minutes due to the noise from the corridor in the middle of the night. We were looking forward to using the bathtub on the balcony, but due to hot weather, only hot water came out, and the sewer smell was unbearable. Also the reason why we couldn't use the pool. Too smelly.

Kind and friendly staff! It is a pleasant, affordable hotel for backpackers. Snack and drink corner available 24hrs, convenient location, and friendly atmosphere.

Everyday the same foods. They can do better for the breakfast, more variety and vary each day. knowing is a full house and yet, the portions they prepared were too little. the smell from the drainage at the back is too strong, we could smell even at 7th floor

Location is good, just at the edge of the main streets, not too noisy and busy. they have done a good job in cleanliness.

The door system is very noisy. I was a bit surprise because we booked two rooms for Two adults and three children, and there was just a double bed per room. The beds are very big so we managed to make the three children sleep together. But I find it odd that Booking proposed this accommodation, when there is no way to add a third bed in the room.

Very well situated, close to the old phuket and nice restaurants in the area. The bed was quite confortable. The place feels chill and the pool is nice. The common space are nice.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear other guests slamming the door when they returned late at night.

The staff was very helpful especially Paul who went out of his way to resolve my technical problem

Near to the hotel, there was a semi dead river which had a bit bad smell in hot weather! It makes using of bathtub, which exists in the balcony, not so much comfortable!

Beside of all nice things (Staff, cleanliness and etc.) , they offered banana from fresh market everyday that was super delicious!

The fitness center consists of only two tracks for running. Upon noticing that room 503 had a musty smell, the hotel initially offered us a cheaper room with four beds as a replacement but did not provide a discount. I declined this offer and proposed that they provide us with a different room the following day when we returned from the Phi Phi Islands. The hotel agreed to this arrangement. However, at around 15:30, the hotel messaged me, addressing me as Mr. Dejan, to inform me that I could change rooms that day. I replied, confirming that we would return to the hotel by 18:00. Later, the hotel informed me that they were unable to move us to a different room that day and suggested moving the next morning instead. Since our checkout was scheduled for the following day, switching rooms for such a short duration did not seem practical. Upon our return to the hotel at 18:00, I expressed my dissatisfaction and warned that I would report the incident to the booking platform. Subsequently, the hotel promptly provided us with a key to another room, revealing that their earlier claim of not having available rooms was untrue. Shower also was broken.

Breakfast could have more variety and the sink is in the room, outside of the bedroom and it was clogged, so the water took forever to go down.

The room was modern and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The bathtub on the balcony was a nice touch. There was a pool and it seemed nice, but didn't use it.
