Lack of shop in close proximity, but 7/11 is 7 mins walk. Doesn’t have real backpacker feel!

Great clean hostel. Very quiet! Nice rooms, even that it had no windows apart from bathroom it felt bright, clean, nice decor! Even had a TV. Close to downtown market, old town and very near to Indy market for night time food!

We had a problem with the AC the first night but it was fixed the next day and a friend of mine said that she saw a rat at the lobby. Overall, the place was clean but this was a surprise that we didn't expect.

If you want to stay near Old Town then the location of this hostel is perfect for you since it is only a 12 minute walk from the area with the nice European-Siam style buildings. The room was very comfortable and if you're planning a short visit in Phuket I would recommend it.

Bed are super hard, no nightstand

Perfectly located, 5 min walk to old town and night market. The room is as described, clean, and with necessary equipment. Drinkable water is provided in the room on arrival. We arrived super late due to our flight being delayed, but the owner was kind and comprehensive and let us check in late. Hotel and rooms design are nice, very good quality for the price. Just know that there is no elevator, so it's a bit tricky when you're on the 4th floor

Great location as the old town was walkable and 7/11 close by. Also able to get local bus to the beaches / busier areas of Phuket for 40 bhat per person.

Need better ventilation.smell humidity. Feels more a hotel than a hostel

The hostel is very nice. I was in a private room. Good size of the room. Staff very helpful. Location just opposite the old bus station which is very convenient. It's a short distance to the old Phuket, 5 minutes.

Not a whole lot of tourist things to do nearby, requires going a decent distance for any real attractions other than food and bars. It depends what you’re looking to do (I should’ve done more research location wise before choosing a place, that’s on me but something to keep in mind)

Great property for price, beds are ok, if you have much luggage hopefully you don’t get the top floor (the private rooms). Perfect spot if you are using bus terminal 1 at all, 7/11 and pharmacy on the reverse of the building is super convenient

The window in the bathroom was not covered and so directly it became light in the morning it shone through the glass into the bedroom .

The guy who checked us in didn’t have the best English (not his fault at all) but made it a bit hard to understand what he was letting us know about our stay.

SO close to the bus station. Good location for centre as well, not a long walk at all. Room was big.

Beds not too comfy, kinda small. Not issue with hostel, but we booked a week initially thinking Phuket town is the place to go in Phuket. It isn't, you probably want to go to the beaches like Patong or something. Just be aware.

Host was nice, let us change our booking last minute and helped us with other issues which was kind. Good location in Phuket town.

They asked to pay for every hour of check in early, almost 5aud per hour. They won’t give you the room before 2pm even if it’s ready.

Staff weren’t the friendliest and hard to find at times. Top bunk didn’t have much of a rail for safety
