The location is close to the pier but not on a beautiful beach you need to woke abt 10 minutes

We asked for a room with a view and we got one. Nice balcony with the mountain view, monkeys came to visit. Huge room Great breakfast

The hotel breakfast was cracking, as was the swim up bar in the swimming pool. Great happy hour offers and was even treated to a free drink after a monkey spoiled my daiquiri!!! Cheeky scamp!

Everything was amazing! Staff are really lovely and very helpful. Location is good, short walk to everything and is nice and quiet, also easy for the boats. The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable. Pool is amazing, and there’s a pool bar. Breakfast was 10/10. Also had dinner in the restaurant and that was great too! Value for money!!!

Everything was amazing. It was a walk to the west beach and phra Nang beach but we enjoyed getting our steps in daily. The only thing that could be improved is the communication between the long tail boat staff and the hotel staff for assistance with baggage and direction from the pier drop off to the resort. Other than that, the staff is wonderful, accommodating and took care of us attentively.

It was a beautiful property and well maintained. We were with our kids and booked 2 rooms and they accommodated connecting rooms and even upgraded one room.

Absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. Fantastic stay.

Beautiful location right next to the pier on Railay East. Hotel was stunning and the room even more so. We had a pool room for 2 adults and a ten year old. Looking at photos I was concerned it would be a bit small, but not at all. Lovely size room. Pool was amazing. Main pool was lovely too with a swim up bar. Easy to wander around Railay and get boats for day trips from the pier. Breakfast was delicious with a stunning view.

If you arrive at breakfast towards the end of the sitting, there is very little left. No many vegan choices.

Perfect hotel, reasonably priced for a “luxury feel” Friendly staff. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Perfect location.

There is no road vehicle access in the area, it's all by boat. This is part of the experience of course, but could be made clearer up front, and maybe a better relationship with the local pier and boat operators established and understood by all staff.

Rooms were spacious and clean, extremely comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful, special mention for Runny who helped with our airport transfer, and then followed up when off duty, going the extra mile to ensure some confusion was resolved and we made a flight comfortably.

The gym could be enhanced by providing towels. The pool was often crowded- lots of people smoking around the pool. Would be better if smoking was in a separate dedicated area. Mosquitoes in the room (can request an electric mosquito repellant).

Tranquil location. Very friendly staff always willing to help! The breakfast was wonderful and you could sit in a peaceful setting- barista made coffees. Beautiful views surrounding. Conveniently located next to the peer for easy access.

The monkey who came on our balcony a couple of times, trying to get into our room. They can open doors so be sure to lock the balcony door.

The location, the setting, the natural beauty. Breath taking. The Manager in the restaurant was incredible to us. She served us breakfast after we overslept. Very professional and accommodating.

Breakfast - It's not an elaborate menu but it was ok (it's hard to find breakfast options early in the morning on Railay)

The room - I thought it was far better than what I saw in the photos. The bed is significantly larger than a king size bed. (Please note there is an adjoining room within a unit building and it might get noisy if the guests in other rooms are loud or vice versa) The staff - Excellent, always greeting you with a smile and helpful when needed. Location - Near to the pier and away from the noise, railay west beach is walkable distance. Diamond cave, lagoon spot, phra nang, rock climbing spots are all accessible, boats to phi phi or snorkeling are all very accessible.. Pool - While pool is modest in size, they have reasonbly enough number of longue chairs to accommodate guests, pool also has a bar. The best part of any experience is making you want to come back again and I think very few places in hospitality industry are able to meet the expectationa of guests. Room service/food: All the dishes that we ordered in were good. Most of all everyone on Railay has been pleasant with all tourists and that makes all the difference.

Spent 4 nights at Bhu Nga Thani and it was absolute bliss after the busyness off Phuket. A very short walk from where the large ferry dropped us, on the quieter side off the 'island', excellent location. The room was huge with the bathroom something to write home about. The pool bar is very cool, and breakfast was very well done with a handpicked selection of Thai and western options available. Coffee was made on order and was amazing.

The food in the restaurant was great, especially Panang curry. Its obviously a little more expensive than other options around as hotels always are. Nice room, some fixtures and other small details are a little dated. There was work going on around the hotel to update. I really enjoyed ny time here. Great breakfasts and the griunds of thr hotel were very nice Book with confidence
