I found the air conditioning could not cope with the high temperatures during our stay. We had it on maximum fan and lowest temperature. Also lighting in the rooms is quite poorly thought out with the toilet light illuminating the whole room if used in the middle of the night.

The design and layout of the hotel was amazing. It is a beautiful looking hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide choice of options. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The quality of the breakfast at the restaurant was so-so. I would rather have fewer things but better quality food. The pizza we ordered on the menu wasn’t great. The pillows were too high. We asked for soft and low pillows but they had none.

Lovely beach, great pool, lots of sun loungers. Though located in a quiet area of Krabi, directly opposite and outside of the hotel was a mini mart, excellent Thai restaurant and good value massage place. The staff were friendly and they offer a very good value happy hour. If you want to get out of Ao Nang then I highly recommend Klong Muang beach.

Room servicing was a bit to be desired at times. Lack of towels etc. Food in the Restaurant on night wasn’t very good. Beach bar was only opened for 2 hours.

Comfortable rooms, Good swimming pool with 3 jacuzzis. Plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was good.

Food standard not consistent at pool bar. Breakfast ordinary. Most annoying were that the 3 coffee machines were problematic for all 3 days of our stay so product not of standard.

Staff were polite and efficient Beach in mornings are not good due to tide being out; but clean. Pool area excellent. Location was good and, Easy walking to small shops, massage and restaurants including nearby beach outlets close to hotel that offer good value and excellent beach area.

It's a bit far out (I.e. no grab service as too far away and their tuktuk charges are quite high) Milky glas window towards bathroom with no privacy

There were a lot of young staff in the outside bar/restaurant but the service was extremely slow so we chose to use the bar next door. Also it was looking tired and in need of an update

Location was superb it was my 5th visit to Beyond. Pool and reception service were both exceptional

Air conditioning was not the best. We felt it needed a service. Breakfast became boring after a few days. Mostly offering continental choice with eggs, fried, scrambled or omelette . It was buffet style and you could have as much as you wanted. We would have liked more choice with sausages, bacon , cooked tomatoes, mushrooms ect. Beach beds were an issue, the hotel had a policy about towels on sun beds but it was not adhered to.

Right on the beach . Fantastic views especially from our room we had a sea view bungalow . Our room was spacious, lots of continuous hot water, kept clean by daily maid service, beach towels were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided. The beach was beautiful. We went for walks along the beach which had bars and other hotels you could stop for a drink , but it was not loud and over populated. Great infinity swimming pool. Lots of space to swim and to relax in the shallow areas.

We purchased a room with sea view. But our room was not an actual sea view. It was side sea view. Disappointing I dont know if it is the concept or about being sustainable, but there is not enough lighting in the rooms, the rooms are almost dark at night even you turn on all the lights The breakfast was a bit poor. Not enough options

The resort is literally at the beach. A couple of steps after pool or the cafeteria your toes are on the sand. The beach is very serene and beautiful The pool is nice and big Out of the resort there are very nice and various restaurants to have good food The room is very big and cozy The bed very comfortable

The gym needs updated. I know not everyone uses on holiday but even the roll mats are the same ones from our first visit 9 years ago. Also, the one running machine doesn't work and very poor aircon for the gym.

This is the 5th time we have stayed there and its still our favourite location. The pool and access to the beach is amazing and the breakfast is always good. Staff very friendly. Rooms a little dated now but we still love the villas.

The restaurant and breakfast could be a little bit better.

The location in krabi is awesome, the hotel is located directly at the beach. You have like chill in the pool and look at the ocean

Klong Muang beach is beautiful, quiet and a lovely place to spend some time. All rooms are sea facing. We had a deluxe that was stunning in size, comfort and facilities. Hotel is stylish, clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast buffet is large and offers diverse range of dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and the beach is obviously a real highlight. A mention for Andalay beach bar next door too - food and drinks excellent and fire shows at the weekend. Make sure to visit Ao Nang night market - staff can arrange taxis.

The fitness room needs a major renovation. The equipment is old and outdated.

Staff, especially Nam, Sun, and Yob, are fantastic. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the sea. WiFi was strong throughout the whole property. Breakfast was very good.

We loved our stay at Beyond Krabi! The Hotel is lovely, in front of a nice beach. The rooms have a sea view that makes it special. The staff is always available to assist with anything. I would definitely come back.

Limited dietary assistance- most staff had very limited knowledge of celiac’s disease. No gluten free breads

Everything was great but breakfast could be better alot of thai food which I suppose we are in Thailand but didn't fancy spicy noodle for breakfast

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond for you the cleaner would always have a chat to us when we would walk past the same with Yob and Heem as we left the hotel they would always smile and say hello and ask if we needed any help. The pool is massive but could do with a little matinece and some tiles missing and not all the jacuzzi seemed to work room where big and well kitted out

Access to private beach and convenient to travel to other locations (by car/shuttle/long tail boat). Beautiful sunset. Staff are amazing, warm & welcoming and have a very good knowledge of the property and the area.
