A minor point, but I would have liked a kettle in the room. Everything else was very good, so hard to complain about this. yo

A beautiful hotel in Patong. Quiet location. The room I had at the front with a balcony was huge! Ask for a room at the front. The staff were very friendly and always ready to clean and help. I really recommend this place. There was free hot/cold water and coffee and cakes in reception. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for 1 month in June. Very friendly staff on reception both during the day and late at night, amazing location, spacious and modern rooms with Smart Tv. Very comfortable bed, large balcony and free water provided by hotel. My favourite place ive stayed in 2 months in Thailand, and loved it so much I will be staying for a further 3 weeks in July! 10/10

There is no lift, but reception staff helped me to carry my suitcase.

Very clean small size hotel, very friendly, very helpful reception team. Very close to the beach (5 min walk) and all shopping needs. I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay again without any hesitation.

Basically is not a social place in order to meet with travellers…it doesn’t have a common places to share with others

There was nothing I didn't like.

The managers were so helpful and friendly, the room was much bigger than expected with a balcony, and the location was perfect! So close to everything (including several night markets close by). Loved it.

The pressure in the shower is low.

The manager at the house was professional, very hands on and helpful. The place was squeaky clean. There was accessible coffee teas and water and cookies in the reception which was helpful. (Not in the room which was fine). The location was central, with an excellent massage parlour next door. Patong beach was just a 10- 12 minutes walk with lots of cafes, eat outs etc.

The owner should consider to change curtain, the one in my room was bright red and in the morning i had sunlight in the room. I'm sure that a dark one would be appreciate by many customer ;)

The Hotel is in a very good position, room was pretty big and clean with a lovely terrace. I liked the comfort of the bed and the staff, always kind and gentle. At this price this hotel is a very good choice.

There is a window but no view at all - balcony is literally goes to next building. Smell of smoke on balcony.

Quite large room. Really friendly staff. Free water. Motorbike parking. Beds are comfortable. Air con blows in between of beds, cools good.

Stains on the bathroom floor. Very simple shower. There was an issue with light and water pressure at the very beginning, but it was very quickly fixed by the staff (just make sure to check on everything right after getting into the room so they have enough time to do it m).

The level of friendliness and hospitality of the staff is unbelievable. I’ve never felt so welcomed. The room was huge. The location is also nice. I was afraid about it being too noisy at night but actually it was pretty bearable and I could sleep with no problems.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. Great air conditioning. The highlight of this hotel is the amazing staff. They make you feel so welcome and always have a smile on their faces. Happy to help when you need. 100% will stay here again. Less than 10mins walk from Bangla road and 3 mins walk to beach.

I have visited this small hotel for 8 years. Before it was old but charming with outstanding balcony patios with a view of the unending life in Patong Bearch. Over Covid it was remodeled: new furniture, tiling and trim. It looks proud. I am happy for the owners.

The place seems like it was newly renovated. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is good value for money.
