Receptionist could be more informative. We got given a key and card slip for electricity. We got handed another key (which had maps on it) that didn’t know was a key so not mentioning this resulted in being locked out as staff go home at 7pm. Thankfully there was number to call and another person staying in the home opened up.

Great price for what it is. Room are big for 1-3 people and the bathroom is great. Balcony decent.

It is clearly old, you get what you pay for.

The place is is well maintained. Everything was clean (showing signs of age) and in working order. Shower had great water pressure. Location is great for access to the beach without being on the main drag - Ko Dam is a great restaurant to try nearby!

A bit far from the beach and night market. Around 10-15 minutes of walking can be pretty difficult with high temperatures.

The pool was great. Free cofee and tea. Also the host was very nice and helpful. She booked us a trip for a nice price with pickup in front of the hotel.

Only downside is no elevator but this is no biggie.

If only we had more time, we would have stayed here for even longer (we stayed 4 nights). The room was big and clean. The bathroom as well. There is a closet, tv, hot shower, nice reading light at the bed. The beds were very comfortable. We booked a room without a window, but we ended up getting a window anyway! The pool is very nice (a bit cold but refreshing), we were in there once a day to cool off. It is a short distance to a 7-eleven. For dinner the kodam kitchen is closeby (best thai food ever). Downstairs you can get boiling water and still water for free and the staff was helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Kao, the beautiful woman who works at Ben's, makes this place really special. She is so friendly and kind and will help with anything. The rooms were also large and airy, with large balconies and good bathrooms.

Wifi wasn't great in our room on floor 6.

Location. Big room and bathroom with balcony. Nice views. Fridge in room. Pool. Staff were great. All day complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea. There was a toaster available which was a plus.

Rooms could use a coat of paint in places. Aircon is built in and could be quieter.

We had a room with a balcony. The room is a decent size with plenty of storage. The balcony faces towards the sunset, which is a bonus and means it is sunny late afternoon. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach. It is small and has no seating, but hey, it's a pool at a low cost hotel! The hotel is set back from the road. The area overlooked from the balcony is also quiet. There is easy walking access to beaches, bars restaurants etc. First properly hot room shower we've had in SE Asia

The facilities in our room were run down. It smelled musty and the beds were uncomfortable. The pictures on booking are maybe out of date. In our opinion it was overpriced In proportion value for money.

The room was spacious, clean, reasonably large bathroom and we also had a fridge in the room. You have a swimming pool but we honestly didn't use it. They will give you a bottle of fresh water each day, and the 7/11 is 3-4 min walk. Very good value for money

Mattress and blinds were old and a bit stained, really need an update. booked a double room and got a twin but we didn’t mind so didn’t ask to swap.

Only thing what was annoying was that you could hear the AC from other rooms at night. Im a bad sleeper, so took some time to fall asleep.

Super friendly staff! Asked me every day what my plan was and how I was doing. Cleaned my room every day and in general everything was super clean. Also free water and bananas :)
