The hotel facilities could use some improvement. The resort's location seems somewhat uncomfortable at night, as it's surrounded by small bars and experiences loud noises at night.

The location of the hotel is convenient in terms of amenities being close by, and the bathrooms provide continuous hot water throughout 24 hours. The staff have difficulties understanding English but are helpful.

Bad showers as the water pressure of my room 628 was not strong enough. Towels were not changed daily.

The room is specious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach and Bangla Road with plenty of dining options and shops.

Very harsh bed, not as comfortable as you would wish, and a lot of water left at the floor after cleaning. It would have been nice to have been told, how to make a code for the safety box. Very busy staff.

The room is big good but the bathroom is bad you have to shower right down at toilet and become wet all the floors.

As said before noise. The rooms are sad and tiered and need repair, shower was a wet room as the shower curtain and rail were not there, but the screw holes were present where it had been, the shower rose was all blocked and barely sprayed water not due to a lack of pressure but the fact it was blocked up. the pools, yes it had two on the roof, and it looked like they had been neglected and out of order for some time as well as the patio area they reside in, so the area was closed off.

location was close to entertainment, but was very noisy as above bars that stay open till 2am and the room was poor for soundproofing, May as well have stayed at the bars until close as it sounded like they were in your room.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, in a very close proximity to the beach as well as Bangla Walking Street. The room was very spacious and comfortable. the cleanliness of the room, washroom and the linens were impeccable. The breakfast was also very good.

The noise from the bar downstairs was unbearable, it was a good thing we had noise cancelling earbuds! Otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to sleep. Loud noises stop around 4 in the morning.

The area of the hotel wasn’t great. Would have been impossible to sleep without earplugs. Music was blarring till at least 3/4am from the bars below. Bars underneath we quite seedy

The price was in reflection to what I received. It is very much you get what you pay for. Comfy double bed, big bathroom. Very basic but did the job for one night.

Noisy till 4am from bars downstairs, I dont blame hotel for this as my research could have predicted THINGS I DO BLAME THE HOTEL FOR… 1. bathroom didn’t drain so continuous sand on floor 2. plug next to bed unusable, meaning my cpap sleep machine couldn’t be used. plugs couldn’t be pushed in. (see photo) 3. big hole in bathroom ceiling. upon speaking to another guest, they concluded it could have a hidden peep camera - I have no proof of this actually being the case (see photo) 4. signage stating no food or drinks to be brought into the hotel 5. sunbathing area with limited and broken sun beds and a broken glass door with glass remaining on ground (see photo) 6. NOT USEABLE jacuzzi is merely a pond with smelly, stagnant water (see photo) 7. *** SCAM *** manager tried charging us 800 bhat for dirty towels on checkout and trying to prove his point by showing us a different clean towel. Towels were NOT dirty Manager showed me a pre prepared price list of how much it costs him to purchase new towels indicating to me, our family wasn’t the first to be potentially scammed and that this is a regular operation for them 8. restaurant a pathetic representation of a food establishment.
