I love everything about this place. It’s such a great hotel. Love the BED chains in Chiang Mai. The room was really comfortable with a great balcony. The water, tea, coffee, juice and snacks available all day are a treat and so sustainable with the glass bottles. I organized a driver through them for a day trip and he was fab. The breakfast is different each day and always Thai specialists cooked by the chief there and so delicious. The staff are incredible. The are so kind, helpful and just generally lovely people. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of old town. Highly recommend BED! Love it here.

AustraliaIf I could score more than 10 I would. The concept of this hotel is fantastic. The minimalistic of this hotel makes the atmosphere so relaxing. The room was clean and simple. The staff were amazing. Every single one of the always greeted you, asked how your day was and if we needed any help with anything. You can tell they enjoy working there. The place is always clean. Water is available on every floor anytime and the mini has free drinks too. The coffee machine is always on ready for you to grab coffee anytime. Fruit and juice as and some delicious rice biscuits (home made) as well. The breakfast was delicious. Always fresh, loaded with flavour and vegetarian choices were available. You can see they implemented eco friendly choices as well. More hotels should follow this concept. By far one of our favourite places we’ve stayed. Thank you to all.

United KingdomWe were disappointed that the pool was small and completely sheltered so that you couldn’t have sunbathed even if you wanted to. The leaves from the trees were in the pool and there were hardly any sunbeds.
The room was nice with a comfortable bed, air con and wet room. We loved the cats that had decided that the hotel was their home! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and they let us have an extra hour to check out without charge.

United KingdomThere were a lot of leaves dropping from the trees around the courtyard pool which make it appear untidy. The garden and general appearance at the rear of the property need some tidying up.
All the staff are very helpful and make you feel most welcome. The breakfasts are a good eclectic mix of cultures. The general cleanliness, rooms especially, was excellent.
