The location was perfect for us. Right in the middle of the Kata Street Market and close enough to walk to the beach. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant each morning.

Perfect location in the centre of the night market. Room had very good facilities and staff were exceptional. They include beach towels as well as mats for the beach. Would stay here again!!

Nothing. Everything was great! An AC unit was being serviced one day for another room, so there wasn't power for a short time, but anyone who complains about that has unreal expectations.

Vito and the girls were all wonderfull! I stayed 14 days, everyone was very kind the whole time I was there and I will miss them. I arrived before check-in but was able to store my bags and was offered a towel so that I could go to the beach until my room was ready. The bed is firmer than I am used to, but I slept very well and had no issues with it. The AC cooled off the room well, but I didn't use it the whole time. The shower has good water pressure, and water comes out hot. The WiFi has very good connection. My photo of the room would have looked better if I took during the day with the shades open, but it's what I had. The location is within walking distance to several beaches. Vito has a good menu for his restaurant downstairs, the Kata Walking Street right outside with food vendors with whatever else you might want to eat, and has grocery/convenience stores if you are on a budget. I strongly recommend staying at San Antonio Beach Guesthouse and looking forward to staying with them again. Side note: the food stalls are all closed on Sundays. I found checking in on Sunday worked well for me with how tired I was from the flights. Either way don't worry about the noise, I didn't have any problems sleeping with the activity outside when I had an early night.

You are in the middle of the market, bars and shops... There is a 7 eleven 3 min away and a lot of restaurants and huts with food selling so you are in the center of Kata beach bay. The beach is 10-15min so okay distance. They cleaned the room and the accommodation was clean and had everything you need. The shower had warm water... We preferre cold one;)

Good and rather cheap place to stay. It's in the heart of the night market, but still no noices in the room (at least on the 3rd floor). Helpful staff. Also you can book the island trips here.

Great 3 night stay! Self check in was easy and hassle free. We felt very secure with the front locks. Breakfast is worth the extra cost, very big portions! Staff and Vito were welcoming and Vito helped us with advice on our visa extension too. Location is superb, right in the heart of the Kata walking street night market and nearby cafes, bars, and 5 minutes from the beach. Room is spacious, aircon and WiFi work brilliantly. 2 flights of stairs to carry heavy bags up. Also the 500 BAHT cash deposit was a bit annoying as I didn’t have any cash on me when I arrived and went out to find an ATM but couldn’t find one in the end, So paid the deposit the next day.

Everything! Vito is a wonderful host. Easy check in, perfect location on walking street next to night market., great restaurant with lots of variety including full breakfast. Tasty Italian menu as well as Thai. Home away from home. Walk to Kata and Karon beaches, shopping, massage, bars and restaurants. Super affordable with AC and fan. Overall a gem.

Our host Vito was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was huge and spacious, regularly cleaned, clean towels and bedding and bottles of water, toilet roll daily. Good choice of breakfast with fresh juice and coffee. Central location to shops taxis, bus stops and beaches. Would highly recommend this Guest house A******

Had the best stay here and wish I could’ve stayed longer! Super kind and helpful staff, cute and spacious rooms, and delicious food at the restaurant on the main floor! Everything was great!

I liked everything about this property. Starting from the room that was spacious, comfy and with very good AC and refrigerator. Vito is a great owner and host. Either of you are Italian and you want to find a bit of your country while in Thailand or if you’re not, you will always be able to chat with him and get some really good recommendations about the island. The location is perfect, very close to a 7/11 and even if the hotel is super central the room is extremely quiet. We also rent a motorcycle from Vito and the experience was exellent. I highly recommend this place!
