Room location was not great. I felt it was detached from the main hotel. My charge on Booking app was AU$104 but I ended up paying $118 incl international transaction fees of $3. Next time I will pay on Booking app.

Location is great. It’s pretty much in the middle of the town and everything is close by.

Lift was not clean, air cond was noisy, bidet didn't work properly need some repais to be made. No towel rack or a place to hang our wet clothes.

Good breakfast, room was big and spacious for 2 of us at 3rd floor. We were lucky hotel was quiet and we did not hear noises from the streets, staff always gave us water when we asked.

Not as advertised on Bookings. We didn't get the room we originally booked, we we're placed on the far end of the property and it felt a bit strange. Room was NOT clean when we entered, walls are dirty, previous guests' stuff still laying around, which means the staff didn't clean the room properly (needs some proper TLC) The hostel next door parties until 12am every morning, but it's Ao Nang so expected. Looks like they are renovating.

Room was a good size, larger than most around town (we've been to a few). Direct access to the beach! I guess overall you get what you pay for, the location is spot on. They did clean our room on a daily basis, we got free water bottles, and refilled the coffee/toilet paper, etc. Reception staff super friendly. Free towels for the swimming pool.

The pool smelt of chlorine a lot so much that i never saw anyone go in it despite the hot weather .

It was not clean, there were spiderwebs on the bathroom ceiling and near the A/C intake vents, dead mosquitoes on bathroom walls, very easy to clean but neglected by the staff when requested a room cleaning. Same for the coffee cup mats they were just filthy. Tv table had crumbs when arrived. The bathroom drying rack was just falling apart. The booking was for two Adults but we only got one single key. It could have been a really nice hotel but cleanliness was the only thing that changed our minds. Bring mosquito spray and use it inside the room because it will be full of mosquitoes.

The location was exceptional. There’s also a back door to the beach.

It is a room service breakfast. Due to our small tummies we didnt really finish the food. It was left outside our room till the afternoon and there were already flies coming. Would appreciate if the food would be clear sooner before noon.

There was nothing I could say I didn't enjoy, the place was very relaxing and the local people were very happy and helpful.

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, had a good laundry service, location was nice and very central to the shops and bar/restaurants and the beach.

Aircon filters were very dirty (took 2 minutes to clean them myself) There is not really a car park but a very short entrance to the hotel where 6 cars can be left (the hotel staff were excellent at helping maneuver cars to assist with getting out each time)
