Hotel and Room not same as photo. The real is very old and room facilities not same as photo, No sleeper, no shower suit. The refrigerator was dirty and had cockroaches. The old elevator looked unsafe.

Room was not the cleanest nor best maintained. Light were burned out in the entrance way and one side of the bathroom mirror. Fitness room was a mess with multiple items of broken equipment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Near the Bangna-Srinakarin area, which is super near the airport as well. The stay could be summed up as a transit stay as we were only there for about 5 hours before we took off to another destination. Also near the exit and entrance of some motorways, which makes it convenient to travel.

Broken aircon required room change.first bed was past its best.cleaners did well but the facilities look tired (staining in bathroom etc). Noise pollution from busy road, even on high floors, and neighbouring rooms was high. Restaurant menu in Thai, restaurant doubles as loud karaoke! Food Panda saved the day as there is little in immediately vicinity

Cleanliness was disgusting, Thick dust and dirt found in many parts of the room. First night, we found many cockroaches in the room, Adult and Baby cockroaches, we spoke to reception who said they need to inspect the room first, The janitor came up with 5 sets of room keys and just said choose another room, almost as if this is a common occurance, we repacked our belongings and moved rooms, They left the door to our old room open, didn't clean or spray insect killer. On the second night we found cockroaches in our new room, we had enough and left the hotel and payed for somewhere else to stay, Hotel never apologised or offered any compensation in any way, this hotel is old and run down, but the dirtyness is it's biggest downfall, also, the vending machine was unstocked and broken at the time, a coffee machine with no coffee, we paid for breakfast in the room price, but never ate there, as the cockroach infestation, and the uncleanliness of the hotel made us feel like to not dare to eat there. Shame on this hotel.

Fire safety standards appalling. We stayed on 17th floor, fire exits blocked and wall mounted fire hose had coupling and nozzle cut off rendering unusable. Food trays left out for almost 3 days. Only 1 lift working

It's an old hotel which needs to be renovated. Most of the rooms are empty. It's difficult to communicate with the staffs as most of them don't know basic English. Lack of cleanliness of the property and some of the toilet facilities are broken.

Its difficult to find good breakfast near the hotel.

The bed is not comfortable, the bathroom is not as shown in the photos. there’s no soap and conditioner until asked for. I had to stay at my friends room after paying for three nights as the room was uncomfortable.

Room dirty ,floor with holes ,breakfast start AM 6:00 at 6:40 food aren't setup drinks ,water for coffee are cold some food are wrapped with plastic film, staff with mask on neck don't cover mount and nose don't safe with corana virus. Bed are 6 feet blanket are small for 5 feet bed. Hotel location in booking.com wrong
