The noise from the horrible Australian street bars was unbearable. I am Australian, but the Australian street bars should be destroyed by bulldozers. I feel so sorry for the owners of the hotel - it is not their fault.

Nice clean hotel and a good location. The facilities are excellent, particularly the pool. The room was very big and very comfortable.

Staff attitude - no customer service, No iron in the room, or in the hotel - staff told me i had to use the hotel laundry service - no laundry bag in the room, grooming of staff poor , breakfast was very poor offering - we went out for breakfast instead, pool very dirty - black scum around the pool

I clearly communicate on my room reguest and i have given positive reply by agreeing to my needs. NOTHING WERE MET. Noise pollution from hotel and behind hotel. The receptionist (her name was like ...Moa..something) was lying about the hotels room, telling me Phuket is noisy, telling me my room didn't come with pool views, changing the room side will cost an extra 500bath per nite, overall she was totally bad receptionist the hotel having and I have met in Phuket since I have been coming. Another key issue as I felt discriminated by pool hotel staff as they asked us to pay cash for our order and as for white guest, allowing them to be charged to the room. I didn't believe such racism acts from a Thai person, absolutely shocking, yet I know that just in this hotel.

Value for money and the room were spacious with 2 bed.

Do not disturb light on door didn't work so I did get a wake up from the cleaner on routine cleans until I let her know not to come before 12. Incase I had a long night :)

Great location, large clean rooms and i had a joining rooms with my brother and balcony. pool area is amazing with swim up bar and music and happy hours . Live band also. Scooter rental is easy and good price. Friendly service . I extended my stay 4 nights

Bars on the back of hotel are really load, but we fall asleep easily as we were always so tired.

I really enjoyed staying at Bauman Grand! the staff was so friendly, we arrived at 11 o’clock in the morning and they already checked us in. The pool was amazing and food was alright.

It was a wonderful experience at Bauman Grand. Staff were available at anytime of the day for support & very friendly they were. Swimming pool was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet included all kinds of food and beverages. I recommend " Bauman Grand " specially for couples and families, as it is closer by to everything from Patong.
