The room and the facilities they offer is so nice , nice little room with full kitchenette .they offer not only Cute and nice little room but comfy and spacious enough for a couple .The View from the room is also amazing in love with Bao House and their customer service is very impressive . The whole area is surrounded by construction and not very nice, although through the trees you could not see or hear the construction once you arrive at the bungalow. The water seemed to have a yellow tint and sediment even after boiling which concerned us.

Great bungalow and location a short walk to Haad Yao. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Good bed, aircon and shower. Nice to have a small separate kitchen.

A bit steep, uphill especially from the street with the shops and food (not a problem for us but seems important) Maybe do something to create a little bit more privacy, because if you are not careful everything is very visible from the next room

There was building works just across the road but that’s not any fault of the property.

Really cosy and clean inside. Had shampoo and shower gel already in the bathroom. Games you can play. We were also able to check in early.

There was a lot of ants or mini flys around the bed area witch wasn’t really nice, needed some spray also the large sliding door there was about a 5 inch gap in that flys and insects crawled through which wasn’t nice,

There is no place to park if you come by car and the path to the room is rather steep. The kitchen had a bad smell, but it was not a huge issue as we did not use it.

The room is big and nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, terrace was nice and the AC worked perfectly. Overall a very good experience for the money,

There is a construction going on right in front of the village. The walls are a little bit thin so you can hear other people talking. There is a bar above and once a week there is a party going that starts early and ends late. If you are not comfortable with this you should consider.

It’s very close to great restaurants & cafes, also the beach. There are taxis waiting in the main road. 7/11 is 2 mins by walking. Nearest laundry is also around 1 min by walk. The internet is good if you are a digital nomad like me. Prior to the checkin I received a small tour guide that shows activities in the island. All in all, it was very comfortable, the AC worked great and the staff were very helpful.

It was a bit further from the beach than we realised and up quite a steep hill. We found having a moped made the commute much easier.

Loud noise from apple bar until 12 pm and 1 am on a Monday

Beautiful rooms, very clean. Close to haad yao beach which is lovely, and there are a few nice bars/restaurants round there. Can see the ocean from the balcony which is a lovely place to hang out. The taxi driver they recommend (Joe) was very friendly and I organized a few trips around the islands with him.

There are construction right near the place that make some noise in the morning and a party once a week with loud music until 01:00. Nothing terrible but something you should know before reserving that place.

The apartment was great, very well designed. The self check in and check out is very efficient. The owners are very nice and helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of the beautiful and quiet area of the island.

It was just an awesome stay for me - close to the beach, 7/11, bike rental, cafes and restaurants. The room was so cozy and comfy! I wish I could stay longer, but all houses were occupied already. Will definitely come to Bao Village again!

Very comfortable and cozy house, in a nice part of Ko Phangan. Alex and Maria were great hosts, almost everything went without in-person interaction, yet they make you feel like they are always there to suppport. House has everything you need for both shorter and longer stays. Nearby there are several restaurants and a solidly equipped 7/11 store. Can highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to stay one night in a wonderful BAO Village holiday home. Clean cozy house with stunning sunset views. there is everything you need. Great owners who love what they do. I would like to stay longer, but everything is already booked

Well, just the only one thing was a bit annoying - the Apple Bar. Of course the hotel isn't in charge of it. But, to be honest, loud music was not every day and it always finished before 1 am, so there was a lot of time to chill and sleep.

So, it's very clean apartments with new furniture, comfortable kitchen, nice and friendly landlord - he answered too quickly and all of our issues were solved asap. Also there are a lot of restaurants near this apartment - breakfasts, dinner, everything what you want. It's very chilly place. There is no problem to find the hotel - it is in quiet place, but at the same time it's easy to access.
