IndiaThe kids pool area being closed for maintenance should have been informed prior to our arrival. Size of premium ocean villa pool suite could be bigger, it looked bigger in the photos.

DenmarkThe Bird's Nest Afternoon Tea service was disappointing. Service was slow despite many servers standing around. The food was served after a long time and then, we were given only 15 minutes to finish our food before they closed for the afternoon. Then, the senior server/supervisor rushed us with the bill. Our in-room jacuzzi was already dirty when we checked in. One of the bench/chairs at the main dining restaurant (indoors) had bird poop, which was swiftly switched to another after it was brought to the servers' attention.
Our welcome receptionists and butler, Zen, were helpful, attentive, and friendly. We were stung by jellyfish on one of our snorkeling trips, and Zen was very quick to get us the in-house medical help when we arrived at the hotel. The receptionists prepared a bouquet of flowers to cheer us up as a sweet gesture.

New ZealandThe service at this resort was EXCEPTIONAL. I have never felt so taken care of. I ended up staying at the resort for the whole duration of my stay because it was so beautiful. Highly recommend if you are a couple and want relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, food and drink :) this place is memorable and would love to visit again. So so worth the money.

Gorgeous resort in paradise - truly idyllic location and perfectly kept. Airport transfer was very swift and luxurious. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, very hard to beat. Staff were so welcoming and always acknowledged us when we walked past. The rooms were spotless. The massages were out of this world. The private boat trip went very smoothly and was tailored to our needs. Special treatment for one of our birthdays was really thoughtful and appreciated. Saffron Restaurant was delicious and had a nice ambience.

PolandAll the services and food are overpriced for Thailand. The quality compensates for that a bit, but as clients we definitely felt „milked”. It’s still 100% worth the trip, just be prepared to pay European luxury hotel prices.
Banyan Tree Krabi is a wonderful hotel. Hotel grounds have stunning design - it can feel like walking in tropical gardens. Our room was very clean, with breathtaking views and sunsets. It’s neatly designed, but keep in mind that 100m2 advertised is a total area including the space before entrance and the terrace. Room itself is not that large. Still, the view from the pool easily compensates for that. Entire Staff is really amazing and the best aspect of the hotel. We felt safe and taken care of, everyone was treating us almost like a family, always greeting us with a warm smile, helping with anything we needed. Made our day everyday. I wish we remembered more names, but at least we can highlight the ones that we do remember: Khem from the beach bar, Fah, Daria, Air from Guest Services as well as First who helped us with luggage and buggy. Also the Naga Kitchen Staff. They were all truly first class and made our stay special. Super special mention for Salma in the Spa - her massage was truly incredible. Wish we remembered more names, because literally everyone was very kind and helpful, made us feel at home. Location is a bit secluded but it’s a huge plus, the beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen in Thailand and it is not crowded at all. Food is very good and breakfast buffet is incredibly varied, one of the best we’ve seen.

PortugalNegatives: - scarce wear and cracks in some building walls, although not very noticeable. - the uninviting condition of the room jacuzzi, but yet the pool aside was amazing, in good condition and quite clean. - main pool could be bigger. There were some small lose tiles.. maybe they should rethink the pool materials for future proof maintenance. - the beach is walkable and with great views but the water is not very clear. - spa and excursions services are very expensive. They should rethink this, at least the spa is way overpriced for Thailand.
This is a modern luxury resort that impresses in the small touches. Everything is well thought off, every detail, every decor, every furniture seems to be perfectly where it should be. Combine that with an amazing natural scenario and a top quality service and you get Banyan Tree Krabi. Positives: - amazing top class service troughout the stay with top concierge whatsapp service. - modern amenities with overall great condition; - most beautifull check-in lobby I have ever seen; the view at the afternoon is just breathtaking! - small decor and functional details that really shows the effort and thought that was placed here. Loved the oil burn at the room entrance, the incense burners and the light adjustable bed chandeliers. - the decor is thai and yet modern, comforting and relaxing. - the room is big enough as there is a walkable closet too. - premium room views are indeed amazing. - the private and main pools have great water temperature. - there were surprisingly very few bugs or other pest, even in the night! One can safely rest and dinner outside. - breakfast off great quality and with daily variability. - Saffron thai restaurant was top quality! The lift is a nice touch indeed. Food prices are reasonable! - the gardens are beautifully maintained with some picturesque points and corners. - top quality complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. - great bath amenities.

We travel a lot and we agreed it was the best stay we ever had. Everything- starting from the big things to the small details was very thoughtful. We felt not only as guests there- we felt like friends. The views are stunning and everything felt so elegant and stylish there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they made everything very smooth. We celebrated both Honeymoon and Birthday so they decorated our room and provided a cake which is always a great touch. The additional things like essential oils burner in your room and the wonderful private pool and garden make the stay perfect. The local restaurants were also a huge success, I would definitely recommend those and taking a kayak in the morning to the secret beach. Huge thanks to each and every one who helped us make those days unforgettable.

The property is spectacularly beautiful. Every part of the property is well thought out and comfortable. Given the geography of Krabi this just might be the ideal spot. The rooms were great, the staff were exceptional and attentive, the pool, beach, restaurants and bar were all outstanding. And the reception area is perhaps the best I’ve ever seen.
