The water of the beautiful swimming was maybe slightly warm.

The garden, the situation in front of the beautiful beach and on a nice road with restaurants, shops..., the rooms, the friendly staff, the reasonable price.

We paid for breakfast on our last day and as there were no prices on the menu we assumed it was a set price. It wasn't made clear that every menu choice was individually priced and it proved to be quiite costly also the food and service were poor.

Fabulous location and set in beautiful tropical gardens. Peaceful and relaxing surroundings. Great to stay but skip the option of breakfast.

Truly a very nice resort, just across the street from an excellent beach, where you can chill, eat, walk, swim, and enjoy. The resort has very nicely designed cottage-type rooms around a beautiful garden. There is a nice swimming pool too.

Location was great. Room was lovely with biggest and most comfortable bed ! All The facilities were great - nice pool. Although the jacuzzi pool wasn’t full enough to use the jets. But didn’t matter. Location just across from the beach and close to supermarket and lots of restaurants

Awesome location with just a short walk to the beach. Staff were all friendly and just wanted to help you out in any way they could, and they gave me a very useful gift on departure which went beyond my expectations.

The electricity charge was expected but was higher than we felt our use warranted.

Having 2 swimming pools was great! Also a rooftop area for views of area. The grounds are very nice and it's only a 10 walk to Surin Beach. The spacious apartment is fully equipped for long term stays.

The bed was soooo comfortable! Whilst the room is not huge it is well laid out and met our needs for our stay. We liked the charm of the chalets in a quiet garden village style setting. The little porch was a lovely spot to enjoy an evening or pre dinner drink. The location is good, very close to a path to the beach and beach clubs.

We were transferred overnight to the neighbouring hotel (only metres away) due to some unexpected repairs being done on the room. No issues really, staff were apologetic, but I would have appreciated some communication before arriving.

Nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and quiet bungalows. Good breakfast and nice gardens for relaxing.

No alcohol on sale. A cheeky pool beer would have made for perfection!

This resort is superb. The rooms were beyond our expectations. Lovely size, full of character and decorated beautifully. The whole site is lovely and right next to a great little pool. Staff were excellent and can’t do enough for you. It has the feel of a family run business who want the best for everyone who stays there. Location is superb too. The beach which, in itself is lovely, is packed with really good bars and restaurants.

Adorable bungalow just across the beach from the beach. It felt like a sanctuary. They had thoughtful touches like mosquito spray in the room. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The property itself if a little worn out and could do with some updating (especially the bathrooms), the first room they gave us was in really poor condition (aircon & TV wasn’t working and the door didn’t lock properly) but they moved us as soon as we asked and the second room they gave us was all fine.

Cute little pool and the rooms did have a bit of character. It did help that it was low season and we seems to be the only guests staying but the rooms did feel quite private because of all the plants and landscaping.

Restaurant was closed except paid breakfast. Shutters are difficult to close for the room. Shampoo (if it was shampoo) was definitely not conditioning shampoo as stated on the bottle. AC Didn’t work very well and fan made too much noise to sleep with. Wasn’t value for money.

Staff was really nice, beach only 3 mins walk across the road. Beach is lovely - but does have some jelly fish Good duvet and pillows and mattress was also good for me. Restaurant was closed (booked our stay because it had a restaurant) except paid breakfast. Shutters (instead of doors) are difficult to close for the room. very noise, close to the traffic road with a restaurant and bar nearby aircon in the room very poor full of mosquitos around the pool and no citronelle to keep them far receptionist was not really helpful, with poor English and so difficult to get info to explore the area

A lovely bunch of small bungalows. Traditional Thai style. We didn’t use the pool, it looked clean. I would have rated it more but the breakfast was very minimal toast, yogurt, fruit, you could have cooked breakfast but that’s was just mainly eggs and chicken sausgaes. We stayed in Villa 101 which is next to the pond - the frogs at nightly croaked you to sleep!! The beds are comfortable and the air on worked well. I Would stay here again for a few nights. If you stayed longer - they would definitely need to put in cupbaord more storage. The staff are very helpful.

I did not like one of the receptionists. I found her fake and unfriendly. The others were lovely. I was also asked upon arrival to pay again for the room even though I had already paid via booking.com. This caused me stress and I had to spend the first two days attempting to find bank statements to prove I had paid which ruined the start of my holiday. When I did manage to find the proof, they were not even apologetic. I found in fact that the people of Phuket just literally want to fleece you the moment you step foot on the island.

great beach a very short walk away. Nice pool but very small, more like a big hot tub! Room was absolutely lovely, comfy beds great AC HOWEVER on arrival the room was full of mosquitos as they had been left open. They do not provide mosquito nets which is disappointing and would not cost much at all. I think providing mosquito nets if they are going to leave the doors and windows open before customers arrive is the least they can do.
